Patronage is not merely a transaction; it is an exchange rooted in respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Unfortunately, on my recent visit, the attitude displayed fell short of what any establishment should offer its guests.
A warmer, more welcoming spirit would have gone a long way. Customer service is the cornerstone of any successful operation, and at present, there is significant room for improvement.
In particular, the demeanor of one newer staff member reflected a lack of readiness for public-facing work. Engagement with patrons requires patience, courtesy, and an understanding that hospitality is not optional it is essential.
When I return, should there be a noticeable improvement in professionalism and tone, I will gladly reconsider and revise this review. Until then, this experience does not merit a rating. Excellence must be intentional, and respect must be consistent.

Worst Waffle House experience ever, 11:30 place full of people eating inside but doors locked And has a special to go window.
Now the Waffle House app sux as far as being able to order something as simple as just a plain egg sandwich. No one ever answers a waffle house phone.
Do not stop at this Waffle House EVER
Placed an order on the app went got gas ran an errand went back to pickup food .
Inside of bag with condiments were like the waitress had jelly all over her condiment box , every pack of ketchup etc and inside of bag was slimy sticky. I tossed the entire order straight in the trash can.
Kinston must have issues , but this is the first bad waffle house I’ve ever been to.
Sad, the franchise should just shut this one down

Didn't get the food order right. Girlfriend didn't get her bacon untill we were going to leave. Won't eat here again.
Been to this location several times, recently been getting a server named Mary. She is one of the best servers me and my family have ever had, very attentive, interacted with our young children and gave them little chef hats which made their day! She was the only person I saw besides the cook and was doing and amazing job. Will be returning and hopefully get her again!

It’s a different atmosphere! Loud and fast, do not come here expecting a 5* hotel service, it is a very homey place with excellent food, fast service and pleasant staff who run nonstop to serve you. This was my first time eating here and I loved it! I loved that they offer wheat bread instead of white bread.

I got food poisoning from here! BEWARE! Me and my friend both stopped and ate; we both ordered the same thing (all star) within an hour we were both sick. Yall be careful!
