This is the slowest damn fast food restaurant I have ever been too. I can’t hear the dude in drive thru, the line hasn’t moved in 10 minutes, and the cars are 5 deep. Get some staff.

The WORST!
SLOW! No one in drive thru line and no one in dining. Im told to wait.
I get a single. It had no lettuce. I went back.
She said they only had Romaine now but she didn't charge.
WHAT??? I pay for a sandwich with lettuce!

This Wendy's has a serious problem. Currently, the drive thru speaker is broken, many items are out of stock. Service is extremely slow.

I visited yesterday and there was 1 car there. I went to ChickfilA next door with 40 - 50 people ahead of me, got my order, and left, and the 1 car was still at Wendy's.

Wendy's, please do something about this location. I like your restaurants but this is absolutely ridiculous. The problems are glaring just from the parking lot. I am terrified of what is happening in that kitchen.

Seems like only one person is working at all times, poor customer service and long wait times. They are out of most things at any given time and always tell us to wait multiple times at the drive thru speaker before taking our order, usually about 7-10 minutes of waiting.

Went to get breakfast with family at 8:00 AM, bathroom was disgusting for only being open for a few. Floors in restaurant had trash on them, didnt appear to have been swept this morning or last night.
Then we waiting up front by register for a few min with out help or even seeing anybody. Left with out food or service.

Worst Wendy's I have ever visited. The bathrooms were filthy with most of the toilets filled with crap and completely clogged with only one working toilet between both restrooms. The lady taking orders struggled with each order item on the screen, quickly forgot what order she was just given. The extra time she needed did not help as the orders were wrong anyways. The food tasted like it was fresh out of the microwave for the 2nd or 3rd time. Before people say it was because its Kingston, they have one of the best McDonalds.

Stopped here while traveling. Pulled to the drive through and was told it was closed. Middle of the afternoon!!! Go inside and absolutely nobody up front to take orders. However, I could see 5 employees in the back laughing and socializing. Told my grandkids to go to the bathroom while I order. They came back from the bathroom and I am STILL waiting for someone to come up front. On my way out the door, someone finally asked if I wanted to order. NOPE!!!
P.S. Grandkids are 9 years old. Said the bathrooms were nasty!

We were the only 2 people in the dining room at 10:45 am, it took over half hour to get out food. I meal with an extra sandwich and the fries were not fresh, they had been sitting under the heat lamps and got cold quickly on my tray

Worse Wendy's I've ever been to.
They were all out of lettuce, tomato, and ketchup.
And didn't tell me, I discovered it after they gave me the order !
They said sorry we're out of all that.
This place was also dirty, not sanitary.
I like Wendy's but run from this location.

Please do not go here! The place is so dirty, the female bathroom stall had a toilet full of waste (people poop)...I mean full like it had been sitting there for days. The facility was just awful. The staff person that helped us was helpful, however, for a Wendy's, I couldn't believe how bad it was. After we had ordered, I went outside as I just couldn't stand to be in and see all the food on the floor in the cooking area etc, ..He came out a few minutes later with his money. He got a refund on the order as he was of the same opinion and we didn't even discuss it beforehand. We went over to the Chick-fil-le next door and was SO GLAD! SO DISAPPOINTED TO SEE A WENDY'S IN THIS SHAPE.

After waiting for almost 10 minutes inside to order while no one acknowledged we existed we left. One guy rolled his eyes at a lady who asked for her drinks after finally getting her food. Don't waste your time or money and go to cookout instead.

DONT STOP HERE UNLESS ITS AN EMERGENCY....This place is ragged and nasty 6 ppl working and and place looked like a tornado went through it....half the doors locked had to walk around the building...stood in line 10 min and decided to leave because the guy at the registered was too high to take anyone's order.....THIS PLACE SUCKS!
