This location is always HORRIBLE! Had to be pulled to wait on the chicken for a grilled wrap, tell me why that chicken was ice cold when we got it. Not to mention I ordered a salad and they didn’t even give me a fork or the dressing. My child’s kids meal was also all cold. Don’t make me wait and then serve me cold food! Will never go back to this location and it should be closed down. The Wendy’s on Herritage is way better, it’s like night and day.

I went through the drive thru and "Ares" took and completed my order. This young gentleman was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I will remember the visit as one of the best fast-food experiences I have had in a very long time! Thank you to his parents and management team for helping to mold such a respectable young man. I stopped to this location on Sunday October 6, 2024 at 4:15 pm and they were out of everything . The bathrooms were filthy and there were flies everywhere. The cooks played on their cell phone and had no gloves on the food was cold and nasty. The bake potato was so dried and brown I could not eat it no bottle water no lemonade. I will not stop again and me and my husband wasted fifteen dollars. I wish I can rank the store with zero stars!!!!

No napkins, no chocolate milk, no white milk, no diet Dr Pepper, no ketchup in the lobby, tables were dirty, fries were cold, shorted one fry, got two classic chickens instead of two classic singles. Basically a complete disaster.

Service poor! This place is not clean. Order not right. This is a shame that once a very well respected chain of fast food has went down so bad. I don’t normally give reviews on any thing but this was not a good experience at all. Don’t recommend anyone stopping here.
