This is the dirtiest place to sit in and eat. 94.5 rating? Are you kidding me. Whoever gave that rating never looked up or down. Now…sit down with the food and open a sausage and cheese English muffin that’s dripping with grease. I don’t mean regular ole grease I mean swimming in grease. I threw it out entirely. The other one was ok at best but my stomach was already turned. So I drank my coffee and left. Mental note Never Ever Ever stop there again.

I visited this establishment last night and witnessed the sweet young lady that took my order be slapped by one of the guys working. He is very disrespectful he slung my bag of food at me. I do not recommend anyone to go to this establishment.

Absolutely horrible customer service. On two separate occasions now they have asked me to pull up and they would bring my food out. Today when they asked me to pull up, it was because they did not have unsweetened tea. I pulled up, waited 17 minutes before I went in. Mind you, 8 customer received their orders via drive through after I pulled up. I went inside, my order was not ready nor had they started the unsweet tea. The young gentleman in the back preparing the food tried to shoot some bs in a sarcastic tone of voice, of being short staffed. But I counted 5 staff members on duty working and have seen fewer do better! This establishment has a complete lack of customer service and should be avoided until there is either a change in staff who care, or they are replaced with Ai. Personally, I'm hoping its Ai.
Edit: after thinking about it. Im not sure if the gentleman in the back was a manager or just a line cook being nosey. Nonetheless, excuses should never be the resolve to customer complaints, especially poor excuses at that.

Haven’t eaten here in years, just come on here every now and then to read the reviews!😂I like Wendy’s, but not THIS ONE! I blame the owners, they have to know by now they have a problem, the parking lot is always empty and the reviews are terrible. Sales at this store have to be terrible compared to other locations. Enjoy!

Slowest Wendy’s ever. Like fr. And they’re rude too! My bf was doing DoorDash and went through the drive thru during a thunderstorm and miss ma’am sucked her teeth and growled and made a rude remark. Then had ignored him when he out of courtesy came in bc she seemed so irritated w him. He was in there for 30 minutes for some food that was cold and the frosty was melted. They ignored him. Went to this Wendy’s again, same deal. They were slow and the place is jank and dirty.

I keep thinking it will be different but it never fails. I had to wait 30 minutes for a mobile order that I placed right before walking in. Three people that came after me got their food. Chick fil a is next door. I’m sure I would have saved 20 minutes of my life there
