Max's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria offers a great dining experience with a casual atmosphere. The service is excellent, and the food is exceptional, with delicious wings and exceptional pizza that exceeds expectations. The lasagna comes with bread and a dinner salad, and the portions are perfect, with generous servings like the massive stromboli. The pizza has tasty sauce and perfect cheese, making it one of the best in the area. This affordable restaurant is a great spot for a quick and excellent meal while on vacation in Outer Banks. The NY style pizza is excellent, nicely balanced sauce with just the right amount of toppings. Cannoli and Tiramisu cake are great additions to round out a delicious meal. Service friendly and helpful. The menu looks delicious. The calamari was still tender and fantastic, highly recommend the calamari pizza was good too!! Nice staff, quick service, very clean inside. Highly recommend it for more than just pizza but the pizza is good!
