Truthfully the worst Bojangles I've ever been in. Stood in line for 21 minutes before even getting to place my order after I started tracking the time. (That's even with people getting out of line & leaving.) The workers were rude & the tables needed cleaning. It was after 11am & they still had NOT even made tea for the drink station (the tea container was still turned upside down from the night before). When we finally did get our food, the fry size was wrong & my husband was given attitude we he corrected the server. Not to mention that they had basically just threw my Boberry biscuit in the bag on its side which was only sitting in a tray without a top & had slid half way off the tray also the sausage biscuits were partially wrap. Will not be back....
Definitely do NOT recommend.

Terrible service the cashier had a bad attitude. Stated she wanted to go home before taking our order. The fries are under seasoned for a boj. Cajen biscuit was hard, flat, and crunchy. Not to mention multiple tables where dirty.

Bojangles in NC never disappoints. The chicken wing platter was everything that I wanted. The wings were just the right size. Not those mico mini wings that they're serving in other states. (MD) A healthy portion of dirty rice and their delicious freshly made creamy coleslaw. I left with a huge smile on my face and can't wait for my next trip back.

I went through the drive thru and for over $10 got 1 chicken breast and a half cup each of potatoes and coleslaw.
The chicken breast had excessive skin. Not the crispy, crunchy type I was craving. This was the loose, jiggly kind like on my grandma's arm that hangs down. I pulled it off and was eating the chicken that was good, until I pulled off a medium long blond hair. Then I was done.
The containers for the potatoes and coleslaw looked like a good size, but they have a false bottom. It reminded me of shrinkflation.
The cashier at the window was efficient and the line moved quicker than anticipated.
It's been a while since I visited them, probably gonna be a while before I go back.

It would be a great restaurant if they could ever get your order right, which, frankly speaking, it's a crapshoot . . .

Bojangles’ drive-thru in Kinston, NC is like a Southern symphony of flavor played out in under five minutes! The second I rolled up, I felt like royalty—the voice on the intercom was as sweet as the tea they serve. By the time I reached the window, my Cajun Filet Biscuit was handed over with the kind of care that says, ‘We made this biscuit just for you.’
Let’s talk about that chicken—crispy, juicy, and spiced so perfectly it could make a preacher dance. The Bo Rounds? They’re not just breakfast potatoes; they’re golden nuggets of happiness. And the sweet tea? Let’s just say it’s so good, you’d think it was brewed by angels and blessed by the sun.
The whole drive-thru experience was faster than a NASCAR pit stop, but with none of the stress. And when they said, ‘Have a blessed day,’ I almost drove back around to hear it again. If you’re in Kinston and not hitting this Bojangles’ drive-thru, what are you even doing with your life?!
