10/10! Owner and staff were amazing. Raining on and off most of Friday and at 7:30 pm we were starving. They were closing at 8, but let us know quickly they’d clean off a picnic table for us, cook us up a tasty meal & they were just a “homey” feeling to us! Great food, amazing hospitality, loved ours pups & had a really good selection of drinks. Can’t wait to be back!

Lured is hands down the best spot in the area for excellent farm to table food, local grocery items, local art, and live music. Fun for the whole family with games and chalk for the kids. Best mac and cheese I have ever had (outside of my own kitchen). Everyone treats you like family there. Spectacular view of the lake and mountains. You must add this place to your list of things to do when visiting the Lake Lure/Chimney Rock area. While you're at it, check out Sunken Buffalo for kayaking and paddle boarding!

Great Fram to table ingredients! Love the no stress vibe.

Really good food! Locally sourced and homemade. Friendly manager who adds a personal experience. Indoor and outdoor dining. Live music that was excellent when we were there.

We stopped here with friends to have lunch. You order at one window and it’s delivered to your table after you pay inside at the market. The food was delicious but a bit overpriced as it doesn’t include any sides, not even chips, just the sandwich. So $27 for a burger and a turkey sandwich was pricey. The sides were overpriced too as our friend paid $5 for Mac and cheese side and it wasn’t a generous portion either. Of course, drinks were extra and expensive. Parking is a real issue too. The staff was friendly but this was probably a onetime visit.

It's was buuuuusy! There was live music and the place was packed, but the ambience was still very enjoyable. The little market is adorable and has some good local items that you wouldn't find in a regular grocery or convenience store so that was fun! Food was very very good, but took sooo long. But we knew that because they were upfront about wait time (which was nice). We'll definitely return when in the area (this was our 3rd visit).

Ordered our food and waited over 30 min to get it. We almost missed our boat tour. HB got the BLT and said it was very good. I got the cheesy chips and they were okay. I think this place is neat, but just needs some better management.

Outstanding! I got the hot dog and salad. Went back multiple times it was so good! Quick and comfortable outdoor seating and charming atmosphere. There is a little gift shop with treats and souvenirs that was lovely! Highly recommend and my favorite restaurant in Lake Lure by far! Kid and adult friendly. Loved this restaurant!!

I recently ordered from the food truck at Fae Nectar. Everything I received was delicious. The onion rings were my favorite. I also got ribs and a grilled cheese, all of which were perfect. The service was also incredible too. I definitely will be back. My friends also raved about the fish and chips they ordered.

Fresh and delicious food. A new twist on classic dishes. Philly cheese wraps. Brisket brats! I had fried cod baskets crispy on the out, juicy in the middle with delicious string fries. Will definitely return I must try everything on this menu!

A fun and casual dining experience you have to explore while in Lake Lure. The food is fantastic and the team clearly love what they do which comes across in their interactions and in their menu.

Vegetarian options: The avocado toast with egg (cooked to your liking) was delicious. The Thai rice bowl, a special, came with kimchi and pork and they were happy to serve it with no meat. It was one of the best food truck meals I ever had.

Parking: Lured On the Fly is located on the river next to the Event Center. It has a large grassy area for parking, easy to get in and out of the lot.

Kid-friendliness: Lured is located next to SUP and canoe rentals, an ideal location if you are headed out with the kids. My son loved the french toast sticks as well as the hash browns.
