Huge shout out to The Point of View. We had a big mishap at my work and they were able to accommodate about 25 people last minute. The guests came back from dinner and all had nothing but good things to say about the food and service. Thank you guys so much for saving the day.
The menu was interesting and unique. We ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms for appetizer which were excellent. fresh lake trout and prime rib. They both were delicious. A large choice of made desserts are offered, we tried the triple chocolate cake and the peanut butter pie, which were very good.
Vacationing at Lake Lure, NC, we came across a restaurant “Point of View” that had a beautiful view of the Lake so we decided to stop. The view from the deck is mesmerizing and even though it was lightly raining we opted to sit out there. I think the staff thought we were crazy, but a few minutes later it stopped raining! It was 3 of us and we were extremely satisfied with our choices. I had the Prime Rib with a medley of yellow & green sautéed squash. It was perfect....
