First off where do I begin, Brianna and Mrs. Suzie are 1000% top notice and so polite and very attentive. Brianna and Mrs. Suzie with their sweet selfs, helped me guide thru the whole coffee experience with me being a new coffee drinker. Brianna and Mrs. Suzie knows their customers very well and is able to guide you thru the best coffee experience you could ever imagine. I will definitely be back solely because of them, they truly are the definition of customer service.

Fella had his hat on where I couldn’t see his eyes or what he was looking at, me or something else. When I bent down to see if he was ready for me to order he said “i see you” without pushing his hat up to make eye contact. He didn’t thank me for my purchase. And then with another employee mocked me for trying to make eye contact. Then none of the employees told me my drink was ready. Also, his name tag was without his name as far as I could see.
When did rude behavior become so acceptable.

It was an overall pleasant experience, but i tried to get a banana and i was astonished by their lack of bananas. Loved the coffee hated the absence of bananas.

Sunday morning 4/30 11am :I asked for my usual extra dry cappuccino, and i was given a regular Cappuccino. When i said, "this is supposed to be extra dry," this girl gives me an additude, tells me "it is" and refuses to fix it.

This is a regular stop for me. Not having a free standing Starbucks in town, this Starbucks is located in the Lake Lure Ingles supermarket. The coffee experience is always better than the super market experience. I have never understood how when you put an Ingles associate in the Starbucks area they become precessional, friendly and eager to help.Ingles needs all their employees to go through the Starbucks training. My dream is that some day I'll get my sandwich or cold cuts quick, efficiently and with a smile..wow
