We took friends and had a table of eight mid week. The service and food were absolutely fantastic! Can you get fresh tuna and steak right now in the middle of the mountains? YUUUUUP! You can at the Highlands Reserve! Go! The price points match the food and are worth it! Kids meals are amazing and abundant portions. The kiddos even mentioned how fresh the fruit was (that never happens)!
Gotta give this team major props for keeping it going! They need you to keep making...
Found the restaurant under "Highland
Preserve" in Google maps at a different address behind a gas station.
They had more than one vegan option and were able to make adjustments to a few dishes to make them vegan. There was one "chik'n" breaded patty, which was the only vegan protein source, but could be subbed into a few dishes.
There was some confusion about what restrictions vegans have, but everyone seemed nice and helpful in helping work out what...
