When I read the reviews about this place I was a bit skeptical so when I was on a walk and I got hungry I was a bit skeptical, I ordered two mini lizzas one pepperoni and one cheese and to my surprise it was the best pizza I had had in a while maybe it was cause I had bad cold domino's a few days ago but I genuinely thought it was the beat tasting pizza I have had in a long time, though the Atmosphere isn't the authentic Italian it was still nicer than most pizza places so if ure ever hungry for some pizza definitely give this place a shot

Took several moments to be greeted and it was apparent the 1 server was doing much more than serving.Food was not good.My husband got a Cesar salad, which came out not as a Cesar salad.Pizza was cardboardy.Even though there was only 1 other table, it took a long time for everything.Seemed like all staff was on a break and finally came back to cook food that was ordered 30 mins before hand.Server was doing her best but it’s just a poorly managed place.Overall not a great experience.

I ordered To-Go; two slices from the lunch special list and when I got home and opened the box. I found two cheese pizza slices; I ordered pepperoni- Let me be clear it had pepperoni on it...however they had added fresh cheese and pepperoni on top of already cooked cheese pizza. It looked so wrong. I do not do reviews very often but this was insane. How can you have slice spacial and really not have made fresh pizza pies. I rather of waited a bit longer to get a properly made pizza. Also, the pizza had ZERO flavor. It was horrific !!! On the up side the slices were large. I tried to upload the phto of the pizza but it says Error...Ill try again later.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally decided to give it a shot Sunday night. I ordered the meatball sub and fries and it was ready for pickup in about 15 minutes. The lady at the front was friendly and checkout was easy. The meatball sub was actually really good. The flavor was awesome, consistency of the meatballs were good (seemed fresh too), and there was just enough sauce to not make it mushy or dry. The bread was also fresh. Presentation could use some work, but I would absolutely order this again.

Ordered pizza from here and was told 20mins it would be ready only to get told to come back in 20 mins after arriving. Pizza is not the greatest but its not the worst. Sauce don't have flavor or just not enough to taste it. Wings are OK just like pizza falls short of what you are hoping for. Steak subs are OK but a little Salty. Bread is fresh and cheese is melted with the meat but toppings are very little. One slice of tomato and 2 banana peppers.

Our third visit here and you can tell they are working out the kinksThis was our first time for dinner and on a Saturday evening, you can see they could use some help out front because the tale out business es good as well as the dine inPizza very good and I am wanting h to try their entrees again.Glad to see them busy and doing well.

This is Luna Pizza's third location (other locations: Oakboro, Mt Gilead). I really wanted to like this place, but it fell flat.The service was bad, some of the worst we have had. We had to knock on the kitchen door after about 5 minutes of sitting in the restaurant to get seated. We then proceeded to have to knock on the door every time we wanted something (silverware, refill, check). The lady was at least nice when interacting with us.The garlic knots were just very bland and a little hard, probably some of the worst I have ever had.The pizza was ok, but pretty expensive for what it was. I won't be coming back, there are too many other good pizza options in the area.

I was considering eating at this restaurant, but upon driving to park, I witnessed someone on the staff yelling at a man who was delivering supplies to this restaurant. If this is how the staff treat people then I don’t want to give them a cent of my money. So disappointing.
Pizza was excellent. By far the best in the area. If you are from New England there was a local chain called Papa Gino’s up there that most would remember. This pizza tastes oddly similar.

I love pizza and was a bit disappointed with Luna's. We got their everything pizza and it was incredibly bland and dry. I also tried their garlic cheesy bread and it looked and tasted more like something you make at home in the microwave than what you would expect from a restaurant.

Great showing on the first night. They handled the volume of customers and service well. Our food, pizza and a meatball sub were very good and we will return. We got takeout so we didn't really experience the atmosphere. Nice job to the owners and staff!
