Easily the best food I’ve ever had.

My daughter and her boyfriend just went there after school and my daughter orders a chimichanga and rice the plate comes cold and only beef in the chimichanga, rice looks watered down barely any color hardly any flavor! When they asked for a box because she didn’t want to make a scene the waiter yells across the restaurant in Spanish to my daughter whom doesn’t even speak the language! Not everyone who is Hispanic speaks the language. Do better!

I went during lunch time on a Friday and the waiters/service was amazing! They didn’t have horchata at the time, and the man went and MADE me some—kudos to him!!! and the wait staff—it is so nice to have good customer service—and even them going above and beyond really made my day. I will continue to support this local restaurant I highly recommend them! Thanks for taking care of us!

El Juan is one of our go-to places for dinner after pickleball. Friendly, attentive service. Very good food that always arrives at the table quickly. My fave is their custom bowl. Yum! 😋

Service was great, Food was average…Chicken was overcooked(very tough). Drink was ok, not mixed well, but bartender was very busy with orders. MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE FLIES IN THE RESTAURANT.

Order lemon pepper chicken and ask for extra lemon pepper cause they barely put any in and blue cheese dressing did not put extra lemon pepper or gave me and dipping sauce I paid almost 40 and I didn’t get what I wanted I called them and the man said come back later iam sick of them I will be taking my behind to San Jose in whiteville

They were very much understaffed for a Friday night during memorial day weekend but our waitress was working her ass off. She was serving one half of the restaurant (which was full) by herself and still managed to get our drinks and food out in a timely manner. The food was delicious, as were the drinks. Highly recommend!

We stopped by El Juan Mariscos & Grill on our way to Lake Waccamaw. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The Margaritas were delicious! The food had great flavor, the portions were huge and they had a variety of entrees. Erica was our server. She was prompt, professional and friendly! I would highly recommend this place!

Our favorite drink comes from el Juan!! They really know how to make a cocktail or frozen beverage! Food is really good, too.
