The service at this Subway location was awful. The staff appeared unfamiliar with their responsibilities, leading to inefficiencies. Furthermore, the extended wait times were caused by unprofessional behavior. The quality of the food was also concerning, with the meat lacking freshness and both orders being burnt. Additionally, an overcharge occurred on a companion's order. Overall, do not come to this subway

I went inside to order and there 3 employees was working
One of them was sitting at a table
One came from out the back and another came out of store side door
The one at the table got up and the lady in the back both came to wait on me
But when i was ordering i was told that had know turkey so i got ham and salami
Then they had know onions .I went to pay and i had a 12.99
Coupon i had gotten 2 subs
Then i was charged extra 3.50 for salami
Total of 17.39. I was told that they were busy i said
They must not have been
They werent doing nothing
I will not go back
They need to shut the subway doors
There attitude is alful and this is not the first time i have had a terrible experience
U will never get your rate up from a 3.3

Every time you go in, the workers are always sitting at a table with other people talking. You go to order and they’re out of everything because they claim they were busy….yet 3 workers are in there all sitting down and talking, not paying attention to the customers. Every single time I’ve been in there it’s been like this.

Denied service during Open Hours!
'We close 10 minutes early so we can get out on time.'
Do not waste your time dialing the Manager's # listed on the door, either:
The 'workers' who deny you service will be the ones answering the phone.
So, now I must drive 300 miles at night without a good food option.

Instead of making a sub correctly, they piled on a bunch of meatballs on my 6in sub bc it’s close to closing. At this point I should’ve been offered a foot long ??‍♀️ my husbands sub is messy as well. I’m literally eating my meatball sub with a fork bc the bread is too soggy to pick it up.

I go in to get my subs they say we can't use our toaster right now it's got to be cleaned I say ok then the manager walks out says after this customer lock the door I say oh what time do you close she says 9pm it's 8:15 I look at her funny because it's not 9 she say I close early so I can clean I'm thinking that's not how it works she looks at her coworkers and says good thing I didn't close at 8 because the store owner was there and left when I was ordering and on top of all that they kept getting my order wrong and it was more expensive then the of subway in town would not recommend it seems like they just don't want to do there jobs

This place is NEVER OPEN when it’s supposed to! Either late or closing early. Got here at 7 and it’s supposed to be open till 9pm and they are closed ????? don’t use the online cause it’s never right! Our town just needs something else???

My boyfriend goes and gets my sub. Clearly i need to go in and do it because yall either have issues getting it right in all or yall have staring problems and my boyfriend makes you uncomfortable. A few days ago the issue was it was super soggy and everytime its asked for a little bit of mayo and sauce. And yall still cannot get a little bit of mayo right. But today my sandwhich meat was put on sideways.? we pay a different price everytime. FOR THE SAME SUB and im told its the same person everytime. Its ridiculous yall cannot figure out what a little bit of sauce is. But thanks for the 16$ sub when last time it was 11$ and change
