Was never able to order although only 1 person in front of me waiting for food. Stood there for 5 minutes nobody said hi or be right with you. Not all Arby's ate created equal. This was the worst I have been in.

I received my order rather quickly. The food was horrible. It appears as though it’s no longer freshly prepared but is recooked or reheated. The fries and the sandwich were both dried out due to being reheated.

Waited at the drive thru kiosk for 5 minutes around 8pm.. no one took my order so I left. Not sure why the franchise owner even bothers to have anyone 'working' there if they aren't going to take orders..

This Arby's, dose not in fact have the meats.
For over a week they have been out of roast beef.

Arby’s is by far my favorite fast food chain but the service you get is different from one location to another. Covid restrictions should long be over but the Laurinburg site just hasn’t figured that out as yet. Constantly under staffed to the point service suffers. My biggest issue is like yesterday at the drive thru I placed my order, paid at the window and was immediately asked to pull up to the front of store and my order would be brought outside shortly. Why? There was obviously no one behind me or at the microphone. I replied I would as soon as someone pulled up behind me and immediately the young lady attacked. You must pull up because our timer is running. I replied well what does that have to do with me. I’m not interrupting others being served but you’re worried about a timer. Well what about doing your job in the appropriate about of time and manner and that timer won’t mean anything. I did move like I was asked but I didn’t want to. If you leave the window and they’ve forgotten something then you must drive around and get back in line when if I had been at the window to start with I would’ve gotten it corrected right there. I won’t move next time. Maybe service should be judged by accuracy how pleasant and respectful they make the experience feel. Freddy’s next door is beginning to look more like a better option if this continues.
