My review is on the ratio of sauce to meal.The meal ain't gotta drown in the sauce.I almost lost my lunch because the first bite out of my chicken wrap was a mouthful of sauce ?Less is more.

The food was delicious. I love the sliders I could eat a million of em. Seriously though I went out with my uncle and my three year old cousin and Arby's was on top of their cook game that day lol.

I went through the drive through and I order a sandwich and fries, when i received my food my fries was flip upside down it’s like the lady in the drive through had a problem for adding another order service here is not that good but the food was good just wished my food was pack

It's an Arby's - I get it. But there still should be some standards held for employees and customer service. Like don't walk behind me entering the restaurant while I hold the door - and tell me you're in "no hurry to get to work." Or tell me I'll have to wait bc the girl taking orders is outside. Or being behind the counter packing up to-go orders, but stop to answer your cell phone on SPEAKER... and when the call says "hey are you busy? ... and the girl says "no - what's up?" while three of us are standing around waiting for our order. Just sayin --

I moved to Lauringburg in April 2022. Haven't had Arby's in 2 yrs so when I received coupons I decided to go. Order was a small vanilla shake, 3 chicken sliders and 2 cheddar beef minus the cheddar since I love the onion buns. I was going to put half my order up for later or even the next day.There were 2 folks before me and no one behind. I don't know if there was anyone inside. Basically 3:30-4:00pm and not busy.I never received a straw for my shake. The 3 chicken sliders were either under heat lamps all day or nuked way too long. They were as hard as rocks. Even the slider buns! Totally inedible. The beef sandwiches were ok but didn't have as much beef as I remember on them. That was ok as I always thought there was too much but the meal definitely was not worth the $15.+ I spent.The young lady who did my order kept being interrupted by others making her move so they could grab things and she didn't seem to be in a good mood, however she was polite.I tried calling but no one answered the phone.

This restaurant is the gold standard model for drive through window service. Marissa is easy to understand over the ordering system, polite, she comes across as truly thankfully you are there, she is fast, accurate, and closed by saying have an amazing day. Besides that I received what I ordered without any mistakes or problems. Definitely well worth a return trip!!!

I made the mistake of getting the cheese burger. It looked appetizing, but just like all the other fast food restaurants, the meat was pre cooked and stored in a drawer. It was warm but had that old leftover taste.
