Was at the Dunkin Baskin Robbins in Laurinburg, NC stood there waiting for someone to ask me if they could help me. Three employees and all they were worried about was helping the drive through customers. I guess those of us that walk in aren't important. Wished Rockingham, NC had a Baskin Robbins at there Dunkin. I would drive to Rockingham and give them my business since Laurinburg doesn't care about my business.

Terrible service the first girl didn't even know where to tell us to order she was new the second girl that rang us up was extremely high and messed our order up three times we still left with what we didn't order and we left frustrated this is the location in laurinburg and with dunkin' donuts

We stopped in on our way from South Carolina to Carolina Beach. We do not have a Baskin Robbins where we live. We were very excited that there was one right off the Highway. The olace was pretty clean. However, the employees attitudes were nasty. We stood at the ice cream counter for 10 minutes thinking we should order the ice cream there (this is how most ice cream shops work). Instead of telling us the correct way to order, they just look at us. When we realized that there is a kiosk behind the soda cooler, we ordered our ice ceram. The elderly person behind us started giving his order the person STANDING behind the counter his order and the employees rolled his eyes and started poking the register visibly aggravated. Once our order was read the person who was giving us the order picked the up cups like she was going to hand them to us and then just threw them back down on the counter. Very rude staff.

The girl working the drive through was abrupt and then rude when we sent part of the order back to be corrected. It appeared our existence irritated her soul. I could understand if it were complicated but we asked for 3 scoops in a cup with hot fudge. First sent out the ice cream only when I sent it back for no hot fudge it came back with chocolate syrup not hot fudge. And we wait 15 minutes for a shake. I’d hate to see if they were busy.

The worker was rude and seemed inconvenienced by our presence. Asked us our order 3 times in the drive through, had us pull forward and still gave us the wrong thing and it was only 2 milkshakes. And both of them were completely liquid, so probably mostly milk.

Don't get in there very often, but imagine my disappointment when I asked for a HOT FUDGE sundae, and was told no hot fudge just chocolate syrup, so I asked for hot Carmel and it was in a squirt bottle.Need to step up your game BR.

Needed a cake at the last minute, and it had to be customized. This location really came through in 24 hours notice! They were so polite, caring, and very accommodating!! Also the cake was beautiful and tasted amazing!!

This afternoon I bought a banana split. And I found a long blonde hair the ice cream. So I called to inform them of what just happened they hung up on me and when I tried to call them, they blocked my call so my rating for them is horrible. ? Please do not just get your food and not examine it. ?☹️?⭐️⭐️. Right now 2 stars please be careful what you eat from there.
Thank God I was able to leave before I gained 10 pounds because it sure was good.

Good Day...just went thru the drive thru and was placing my order and the associate ask me to hold on for a minute...She didn't return back to the intercom for about 5minutes like she forgot that someone was at the drive thru!!! Placed my order and proceeded to the wi dow to pay and get my order...She repeated my order and was moving her hands around at me and I proceeded the same way and said yes and she looked at me and made a gesture like she had a altitude because I treated her in thw manner she was treating me....She said some choice words and my answer was driving off am not going to argue with no one at a window that has no respect.
