I highly recommend this restaurant! They were SUPER nice, order was correct with 6 people, and the manager gave us 2 Boberry biscuits because he thought we stood on line to order too long. I don't think it took long.. lol.

I went through the drive thru this evening for dinner and ordered a two piece dinner. The food was absolutely horrible. The chicken was over cooked and extremely dry as though it should have been trashed. The rice was overcooked as well and the biscuit was hard. I don’t know what the beans tasted like because they didn’t look right when opened. In reality, I paid money for something that I didn’t receive; edible food. It’s disturbing to know that the employees felt that it was alright to give that food to a paying customer. Presentation matters and judging by the looks of the food, no one would eat it. My only wish is that the employees would learn that people do not have to spend their hard earned money there. They must do better as that entire meal was trash!

Got chicken supremes an me no rounds and a biscuit. All good. Sat outside as we had our dog with us. Is passing through this place is worth a visit. Very large parking lot. Clean bathrooms.

Well, normally it's a good place. But yesterday I went at 10:45 am. When I walked in, there were 7 total people working. 2 customers waiting for food. They had ordered. But I watched the counter lady, and she never spoke a word to me. No greeting, nothing. I waited about 5 min and saw the order your self screen, so I walked over. She never mentioned a thing. I ordered. After getting my food. I ate maybe 15 min. I walked up to the counter to get a refill. 2 customers were waiting . She was waiting on chicken to be dropped. I sat there for about 3 or 4 min she turned to me 2 times. My lid was off. So she knew why I was standing there. But never acknowledged me. So I walked over to the other side, and she never said a word. A lady from the rear walked up and asked me what I was drinking. My point was, why? If you're waiting 5 min for chicken to drop and you're standing still. And you see me holding a cup. Why not take 20 seconds to re fill the drink, then continue to wait. Normally, I go before 830, and the ladies are different. And those ladies are supper nice and their customer service is much better. Today. I was shocked. Honestly, the lady in the back that filled my drink probably knew I wasn't happy because I stood smiling because I couldn't believe how they were running the front end.
Don't want to give them no stars just spent 66.20 for them to tell me .42 cents for sauce. No service not friendly. Go to Popeyes they better!!!

My Cajun Filet Biscuit was dropped fresh and tasteful. The rest of my order was completed correctly. I really enjoyed my stop through visit here!

Ran through the drive-thru yesterday while in Laurinburg. The food was fresh and hot (very hot). I ordered the 5 pieces of chicken tenders with fries and a biscuit. The biscuit was good and way better than the Biscuitville restaurant down the street. No issues at all. The staff were all nice in the drive-thru. Thank you for giving me a decent meal as I traveled away from Laurinburg yesterday.
