All these fast food places suffer the same problem - the food has no taste, probably in the effort to get the maximum profit. Prior the Bojangles I visited the Kentucky Fried Chicken, it was even worse there, how much their food deteriorated in 20 years.

We used Bo app and curbside pickup. Interior and bathroom were clean. They got our food out well before 15 minute wait time. Chicken biscuits, fried, and dirty rice were great. Drumstick and thigh were a bit dry.
The friendliest, warmest and cleanest Bojangles I’ve ever encountered. Everyone was hustling, working hard and sharing smiles. Very clean changing table and bathroom for changing littles.

The food was fresh and hot! The service was great, we were greeted as soon as we stepped foot in the door! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Ms. Elise and Stephon were magnificent in their service and made us comfortable.As we dined we observed the entire staff being professional and moving the lines quickly. We were impressed that the drive through line was at the road but within minutes the line was gone.The restaurant was cleaned thanks to Ms. Elise and another young lady (I didn't get her name). I noticed that they also had someone checking the restrooms periodically to ensure they were up to par.Overall, they are not the same Bojangles, their professionalism is unmatched! It takes alot to impress me and they definitely did!!To the Operations Manager that was there, keep doing what you're doing because it works!I didn't get photos because the chicken was hot, fresh and crispy but will them next time.-Janie

Well I would like to say that my local Bojangle's is amazing. However, the past couple of times I've had trouble getting my full order. I mean really. How hard is it to read an order and fulfill it completely. I don't understand.
