The fish is fresh and hot. Delicious. Had fried okra as side which was a nice change. Great customer service. We enjoy senior day there quite often.
I had a delivery order and OMG the fried Oysters were fried to perfection also the fish and shrimp. Mainly I wanted the Oysters but that fish with tartar sauce, malt and cocktail sauce. Awesome. HOT AND FRESH

I will be the first person to say Captain D's usually doesn't impress me. Perhaps, I have judged them all unfairly against my experience at one. That being said, this one in Laurenburg, NC was amazing! We ordered our food and drinks, I went to wash my hands and when I got back to the table our food was ready. Less than 3-4 minutes from order to table. This has not been my experience previously at other locations. Our food was hot and delicious 😋 the staff was friendly and prompt. I'm glad we are moving to the area and I will get to come here more often! Thank you for changing my mind!
