No manger that I could tell : dined inside after 15 mins went and asked were is are food it was ready and just hadn’t been given to us . No acknowledgment they had made a mistake . There's a Chick-fil-A in Rockingham, NC...this is the go to restaurant if you're taking a step back from hamburgers, where you can get a chicken sandwichs 🥪 with waffle fries 🍟 & a drink 🥤 of your choice..the lemonade 🥤is good!.. or You can choice from a salad, soup, chicken nuggets or strips, and they also have the cool chicken wraps, they're good too.

The drive thru staff seemed confused about their role. It took 15 minutes to get through because someone at the front of the drive thru was waiting and instead of being asked to pull forward to keep the line moving everyone had to wait. The nuggets were dry and not very warm.

I usually don't go to this location but when im in town, and do stop in, I truly enjoy it! Today i want to give a huge shout out to Madilyn, Brianna, & Johnna. They assisted me in some way during my visit by which I must compliment them. The service & great energy they showed was amazing. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely the worst drive thru service of any CF. Been here numerous times and it just doesn't get any better. Smithfields, here I come!!
We used the drive-thru and the only negative was that it went from two lanes down to one single lane. Even though it was later in the evening it took quite a while to get our food. Food was good as usual.

The dining room had trash in the floor, under tables and even trash on the condiment counter. Not one employee cleaned a table off during the 30 minutes that we were there. Didn’t eat my salad because it was gross! Tomatoes were mush and the lettuce was not fresh. The toy was left out of my grandson’s kids meal and we had to ask for it. My husband asked for extra pickles on sandwich and he received no pickles so back to counter to ask for that. Never saw a single employee come out to check on folks in the dining room like I’ve seen at every other Chick-fil-A that I’ve been too. The women’s bathroom was nasty and there was a toilet that had leaked water all over the floor! My husband said the men’s bathroom was also dirty! Went to the counter to ask for tea refills. Employee walks up to hand someone their food but ignored me and went to drive thru window and stood to talk to another employee! You are normally greeted with friendly smiles and “How may I serve you?” at most Chick-fil-A restaurants, but not this one!
