The restaurant was so filthy, trash on the floors, table, trash overflowing not only inside but outside as well. Spoke with manager on duty, her response was she just got back… I told her it did not just get this way! She apologized.

The place was incredibly busy and staff had trouble keeping up with orders. We got food very quickly but had to wait a really long time for drinks. Drinks came out only when we reminded staff. Had difficulty finding entrance.

Everything was so perfect. The waffle fries were fresh and crispy. The nuggets were cooked golden brown and cripy. The milkshake was good. It was the first time i had been to an establishment in a while and everything just been perfect. From the food, to not forgetting any utensils or condiments, to the staff being super friendly!! Great experience!!
Everything was great! Food, service and price. The attendant was freezing and had to stand in the rain. I DO NOT think that's ok.

Ordered at drive through. Get to window. 2 other orders come out before mine to vehicles behind me. I have been waiting at least 10 minutes. Fast food my ass. Making me late for work. Why try to speed it up only to have us wait while you fix food for others? 7:42 am. 12/19/24. Burritos are cold!

Place was super packed. BUT I was able to order quickly and with a friendly associate. It didn't take long to get my order waited about 7-10 mins. Food was fresh and hot.
Went there today at 1130 it took 10 mins to order my food which consisted of 3 chicken sandwiches and 12 pice nuggets, 30 minutes later I was stil waiting, nope not for at least 3 months they been open for 5 days , but there was no focus on the walk inns , door dash , drive thru not issue and there were 6 people before me who have been waiting 45 minutes to a hr !! See I speak up !! I got mine I’m not brainwashed!!! I asked for my money back but they got my food 10 minutes later after I asked for a refund, she the manager gave out to refunds while I was waiting 45 mins for 3 sandwich’s and 12 pice nuggets!! Oh too it off the manger on her way out the door says I’m sorry it’s taking so long !!! That’s when I asked for my food or money that took some time too !!! There not close to being ready for that foot traffic

This Chick Fil A just wasn't that great. Everything was dirty, and they messed up my order. I'm not even upset about that in general, because that's a common and understandable mistake. But I had asked for a kale crunch salad as my side, and the man taking my order acknowledged it. It turns out they were out, but he didn't mention it, he just put fried in there instead, and the salad didn't even come up on the receipt so I know it wasn't just a mistake. Now I just like the kale crunch Salad, but what if another customer with certain dietary restrictions came in and received something that they couldn't eat, and they weren't even warned? Not to mention that I also ordered sauces, which he acknowledged and said he put into the register, yet didn't show up on the order and I didn't receive, and the diet lemonade is just bad, it tastes awful.
Usually you think you’re safe eating ChickFila. Not here. As someone who’s eaten chickfila all over the US and had decent food I can tell you they make theirs weird. The grilled chicken is seasoned all wrong and tastes like barbecue and then the Mac and cheese is awful, very mushy. I’d recommend someone from corporate visits this location.

Ordered a Cobb salad, chicken sandwich, fries and fruit cup. The majority of the lettuce in the salad was rotten. And all of the bacon was raw. The fruit cup was barely half full. The piece of chicken on the sandwich was half the size of the bun. Smallest, saddest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen. The fry container was barely half full as well. The garbage cans were over flowing.
