THERE WAS A FINGERNAIL IN MY BUN, I frequently go to this chick fil a for dinner every week and it never satisfying, the chicken sandwiches are mediocre and the fries are abysmal, frequently giving me about a 5th of a fry which are ALL soggy or flacid. But now, I'm served a chicken sandwich with a fingernail in the bottom of the bun and I just can't think of anything good about their food anymore. An example of an ideal chick-fil-a I like to visit is the one at North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Everything I go to this chick-fil-a their food is perfect in every way I can imagine, they RARELY get my order wrong and when they do it might just be a sauce packet, their fries are amazing and crispy while their chicken sandwiches are flavorful.

Caught them on the Easter holiday relatively new store so hopefully they'll learn some valuable lessons rare day where I've seen a Chick-fil-A is 100% of their trash is overflowing and they seem to struggle keeping up with that surge in the crowd but hopefully they will learn from that day a lot of people going through there on the way to the beach so hopefully next year they are more prepared but very friendly staff just not used to that volume of people in the store probably 8 to 10 people waiting on their orders a little longer than expected what food is fantastic as usual
I have never been disappointed with the Chick-fil-A that we have stopped at.

This has to be the best, most efficient Chick-fil-A restaurant ever. The staff is very well trained, considerant, patient, and efficient - which means a lot considering that most of the staff are young people - late teens, early twenties. They are all very mature for their age!! They are top notch! I usually do curbside pick-up. It's a very busy place most days.Parking: It offers curbside pick-up.

I was surprised to see that this town had a Chick-fil-A. This has to be one of the dirtiest Chick-fil-As I have been to. It is sad how unkept it is for it being so new. We ate inside and almost every seat had Crumbs or dried spilled drinks in the seats. Table tops were mostly clean. At trash receptacles there was napkins, straw wrappers, and other trash around the bins. Bathrooms were kept fairly clean but still not the other Chick-fil-A standards that I've been to. I sat in the back looking at all the trash on the floors and thinking of all the tables I had to pass up because I could not sit in the seats. I wish I would have took a picture to show the clutter on the floorsPeople were nice and the food was like all the other Chick-fil-As.

I've loved Chick-Fil-A since I bought my first chicken sandwich from Trueut (sp) at Perimeter Mall (outside the Oshman's sporting goods store).

I gave it 2 stars because they had the chicken wrap and my kids were happy. Employee who handed us the food was not having it. Definitely not a good experience. We waited very long for our food. People in the back all got their food and when she finally handed us our food we asked for ketchup since they forgot to add and she was like not happy. Thankfully i dont live in the area.
I ordered a grilled chicken on a white bun. I got a multi grain bun. I have UC. I am tired of ordering a white bun and not receiving it. Also, the elderly lady working lunch shift needs to fix her face. Contempt is not part of the chick fil a protocol.
