The only reason why I’m rating this a two is because the food was actually decent. The rudeness at the drive-through window was unbelievable.

Been a fan of cookout since they opened, the burgers and corn dogs are the best. However, the service is terrible. My order is not always correct and it takes forever for someone to acknowledge me at the ordering speaker - with that being said all that can “forgiven” with good customer service which is never the case. I have worked with the public and have worked in the food industry and I get it to a point (serving the public can be exhausting) BUT this isn’t the way.

I probably won't be back. My fries were greasy and half cooked, I had to bring them home and put them in my air fryer to finish cooking. Barely three tablespoons of barbque on my plate. I ordered a large tea and it was just barely tasting tea water and the size you get as medium anywhere else, but I payed the same as I would a large anywhere else. My first time there in years. The person who took my order was curt and rude talking. Just a bad experience all the way around. It wasn't just me, but the person with me had to do the same with her fries and she tasted my tea and agreed with me.
So going to be a little critical. I don't prefer their burgers. That being said I love their hot dogs (add slaw) and BBQ. I believe they get their BBQ from the same place Bojangles does because I really like theirs too. I have smoked and cooked BBQ for well over 20 years. I rate this 5 star fast food BBQ.

Speakers been broken for years. Have to repeat your order at least 3 times. Order wrong almost every time. Slow lines. Be prepared to be there at least 30 minutes 5pm or later
