Pumpkin is BACK!!!! Mocha frappe, delicious. Perfect. Pumpkin donut, perfect!!! In season Maple Sugar Bacon sandwich, freaking fantastic. Hashbrowns left a lot to be desired. Maybe a bad batch. Staff wasn't the most polite but the food more than made up for it. Will be back to try again!

I have never been inside, but I visit the drive through 2 to 4 times a week. I am addicted to the fabulous ice coffee! - so I may not be the most unbiased or helpful judge in this matter. Other than the very long line of vehicles most of the time- worth the wait though-I have nothing negative to say. The people at the window are ALWAYS very friendly and courteous.

I just got the gummy bear drink, and let’s just say….. this thing will give you instant cavities. It’s really sweet for my taste palette. If you have a sweet tooth I recommend you get this drink, I don’t recommend you get it for your kids if they are already hyper lol. I do like the gummy bear cup it comes in.

We stopped here on the way to the beach. My husband wanted a coffee and I saw they were also a Baskin Robbins! I was so excited the chocolate chip ice cream was the best! I know this is a chain, but no other place has. Chocolate chip ice cream like BR! It was a little slow service wise but I can fault the staff there. They were busy running and filling orders. We may have to make this a stop on the way to the beach now!

The iced mocha was exactly the right amount of cream and sweet that I like and the bacon and cheddar omelette bites were a good hand held food for the drive.
I ordered an avocado toast with bacon. The server placed my toast in a used box that had some type of sauce stains in the box. There were sauce on the toast. What is sauce doing on the avocado toast. Definitely heading back to get my refund for the toast. I also ordered a hot mocha. The cup was filled middle way. This is the third mishap with Dunkin. I don't think I'll be back to the one in Laurinburg.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. The entire group I was with faced issues with their orders. I ordered a water ($1.00) and a Gatorade ($3.00), and for some reason, my order arrived last. When I approached the counter with my receipt to ask for the water I had already paid for, a staff member who seemed more interested in staring at us than helping took my receipt and vanished. After several minutes, I had to seek out another employee for assistance. The woman who eventually helped me was incredibly rude; I believe she was the manager, as everyone around her seemed stressed and deferential. It was clear that she was creating a toxic atmosphere. I usually enjoy Dunkin', but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Additionally, the table was dirty, which only added to the overall unpleasantness.
