The iced mocha was exactly the right amount of cream and sweet that I like and the bacon and cheddar omelette bites were a good hand held food for the drive.

I ordered an avocado toast with bacon. The server placed my toast in a used box that had some type of sauce stains in the box. There were sauce on the toast. What is sauce doing on the avocado toast. Definitely heading back to get my refund for the toast. I also ordered a hot mocha. The cup was filled middle way. This is the third mishap with Dunkin. I don't think I'll be back to the one in Laurinburg.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. The entire group I was with faced issues with their orders. I ordered a water ($1.00) and a Gatorade ($3.00), and for some reason, my order arrived last. When I approached the counter with my receipt to ask for the water I had already paid for, a staff member who seemed more interested in staring at us than helping took my receipt and vanished. After several minutes, I had to seek out another employee for assistance. The woman who eventually helped me was incredibly rude; I believe she was the manager, as everyone around her seemed stressed and deferential. It was clear that she was creating a toxic atmosphere. I usually enjoy Dunkin', but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Additionally, the table was dirty, which only added to the overall unpleasantness.

The coffee was horrible as well as the donut and I trashed it when leaving the drive thru. Staff lacks customer service skills and ignored my concerns regarding the coffee was too dark when passing it to me.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. My husband & I previously got coffee here 5-6 days a week. We stopped getting coffee from this location about a year ago because their coffee became so bad. You pay for extra flavors, etc, but you don't get it, and you sometimes receive old coffee.
We decided to stop in to get a bagel this morning because, how can they screw up a bagel, right? Well, they did. Massively. This cinnamon raisin bagel is burnt almost black (I didn't order it to be toasted dark), and it is hard and chewy, like chewing on a rubber band. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I wasn't able to eat it because of how hard, chewy, and nasty it was. We tried to call the store several times, but they won't answer. The answering machine will not allow new messages because it's full, which tells me that they never listen to their messages. We are completely DONE getting ANYTHING from this particular store!
