Love their deals the staff is so nice and friendly the coffee is alright when the right person makes it. The refresher drink is good and the coffee rolls my grandchildren like the sp sprinkle strawberry
Went in to get my family ice cream and the cashier didn't know what he was doing, tried to over charge us and then got an attitude when I told him the price wasn't right. Not to mention the milkshake that I got was literally a cup of milk! And the staff was very slow getting to us walked past us many times before even acknowledging we were there. Will never go back and I suggest you don't either!!

Really hated to go here this morning love this place always the staff and service awesome,I go there so often most of staff hear my voice and they know my order , BUT this morning the guy running drive thru over the top, he has not worked there long but attitude was bad some people has no business working in customer service, I know we have bad days but to use profanity because I was having issues with the app this morning no cars behind me , but I did offer to go inside and I did , smh come on Dunkin let’s do better

I drive further to your location although I'm closer to the Aberdeen store. They have flies in the donut cases, an 82 sanitation grade and the employees all hate their jobs.When I go to your location the service is excellent, fast and friendly. I went there this morning for a large frozen coffee.Keep up the great work and keep all of us customers.

Went to the Laurinburg one tonight donuts were very nasty tasted stale I use to love Duncan donuts when I lived up north, I will not be going back there

The manager is ridiculously rude. I get coffee everyday but will be going to starbucks now, might cost a little more but atleast they have a positive attitude in the morning.

Two words. LOVED IT!! It's in the same building as Baskin Robbins. I went for some ice cream and even though the price was as high as a kite it was well worth it. Everything was great. Definitely going back ??
