The inside isn't as nice as the pictures make it out to be. It's attached to a gas station, and it looked exactly like it should be. The three people it took to make my sandwich all looked like they hated existing. First, we started with a male who said ZERO words to me, second was a female, a little more verbal than the first fella, who completely drenched my sandwich in vinegar, I mean, like she was pouring a drink. The third was another "friendly" lady who managed to get out the total and took my money. I left the 'friendly' establishment and decided to eat my sandwich in my vehicle. By that time, it was no longer a sandwich. The bread was so mushy! It was gross. I won't be back.

Love the food. But it’s 2 stars till I see people wearing hair nets. Having 3 hairs in a Sub is crazy!!!They did make me another one. But still…shouldn’t have to check subs for hairs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The food is subpar. Definitely not always fresh nor are the meats always cooked all the way through. The store manager has a NASTY attitude so does the other manager. Both of them bully employees. This location could excel under proper management. The cleanliness is terrible mold in the fountain drink dispenser as well as the ice machine. They “clean” the mold with bleach which only cleans not kills the mold spores. Don’t even get me started on what customers can’t see beyond nasty. They like to hire young teens/adults because they are easier to take advantage of. The owner of this location really needs to send in some secret shoppers/employees to see what really happens in the store. Then again him rehiring people stealing thousands from the company leads me to think he doesn’t care much.

Update: Showed up about the time that sandwiches should've been ready. Took over ten minutes to be acknowledged. Staff was putting those in line as priority. Once I was acknowledged, was told order wasn't ready and that they would get working on them. That didn't happen till after the entire line was full filled. Drink machine was broken and non functional. Place looked like no one had given a damn in awhile. Might take desperation before we will be back to this location. Really good, simple, and cheap subs made to order.

Placed my order online for a hot sub. Picked up the order and the sub was cold. Returned the subs and the manager seemed upset and nasty to replace the order. He slammed the subs in the trash and called for a new order. Waited another 15 mins with no apology or anything and the same manager proceeds to sit my bag on the counter with no thank you, apology, napkins, offer of condiments or anything. Very rude. I called back after realizing the sub bread was cold and the same manager answers the phone only to say “ok.” Very unacceptable. I was not rude or anything while waiting but received very poor service today and this came from the manager!
