We went through the drive-thru this evening. We were told there would be a 15 minute wait. There was a car in front of us already waiting and then one behind us waiting. We waited 30 minutes. When we got home my husband found hair in his slaw! It was a terrible experience.

The drive thru is difficult to navigate because of its weird layout and the woman at the window was bothered that I couldn’t pull up closer because of that. I asked for honey mustard sauce but got nothing. The food was ok.

I didn't go in to eat, I had been doing some running chores so was around and about town a bit. I decided to get an original recipe breast and thigh. I also opted for French fries as I normally don't get them. The fries were a bit salty to me, the chicken coating was a bit salty as well. However I've cut salt out so that may have been it. The chicken was juicy and tender. The fries were either overcooked or under a heat lamp too long. The young lady who was at the windows was kind and the food came out pretty quickly. Overall nothing really bad, just not as good as I recall it to be. The price was about on par for the area.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo inside. After waiting 20 mins and all of my lunch break I asked for a refund. Manager came, I asked her for the refund, she said hold on, and then came with the food instead. Couldn't wait any longer cause I didn't want to be late getting back to work, but of course I couldn't eat bc I only get a 30min break.

Asked for apple pie poppers and received them cold. Said that’s how they serve them even though I’ve always received them warm. They would not warm them up. I asked for a refund, lady gave me the refund and shut the window, no sorry no nothing. Waited in line for 20 minutes.

Today is Father's day and my husband went to kfc to get the 8 piece meal the chicken was old and they gave us 7 pieces 2 breast 1 leg and 4 wings we will not go back to this sorry so called restaurant.
