I didn't go in to eat, I had been doing some running chores so was around and about town a bit. I decided to get an original recipe breast and thigh. I also opted for French fries as I normally don't get them. The fries were a bit salty to me, the chicken coating was a bit salty as well. However I've cut salt out so that may have been it. The chicken was juicy and tender. The fries were either overcooked or under a heat lamp too long. The young lady who was at the windows was kind and the food came out pretty quickly. Overall nothing really bad, just not as good as I recall it to be. The price was about on par for the area.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo inside. After waiting 20 mins and all of my lunch break I asked for a refund. Manager came, I asked her for the refund, she said hold on, and then came with the food instead. Couldn't wait any longer cause I didn't want to be late getting back to work, but of course I couldn't eat bc I only get a 30min break.

Asked for apple pie poppers and received them cold. Said that’s how they serve them even though I’ve always received them warm. They would not warm them up. I asked for a refund, lady gave me the refund and shut the window, no sorry no nothing. Waited in line for 20 minutes.

Today is Father's day and my husband went to kfc to get the 8 piece meal the chicken was old and they gave us 7 pieces 2 breast 1 leg and 4 wings we will not go back to this sorry so called restaurant.

Pulled in the drive thru and ordered the 10 piece crispy. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I got my receipt at 8:01 PM, I went inside at 8:12PM. It was pandemonium. There was a lady standing with her receipt which had 7:43 PM. She received her food at 8:21PM and she had 2 small orderes. Smh, there are 9 cars pulled up outside. Where are the managers? Smh, those poor babies in there cannot run a restaurant by themselves. Where are the managers? The lady that was there with a manager shirt on hunger them out to dry. She need to be let go or retrained.

Came inside to eat stood in line 10 min no one acknowledged us at all until we got upset. 1 person on front line and 3 standing in back talking. Front line person was bagging other orders but still never even acknowledged us. Manager and 2 other peopleokn backline talking which they had walked by us a few times and never even tried to help the girl. Girl in drive thru saw us as well and didn't even try to help. This was just bad service and then they upset cause we was upset about the service.

My experience here at kfc was horrible I had to wait for 30 minutes for mac & cheese and still didn’t get it. The lady said I had 20 more minutes to wait in the 30 minute. Ticket number was 14 77 Time 227 and it is 254 now I asked for my money back. It will be a long time before I support them here. Manager didn’t have a care in the world as to getting your food and orders out on time some of the employees was playing talking in the back as to stock. the chicken and other items seems to be a lot of talking in the back instead of making sure this place is ran right.

11/9/24 it's 8:45 PM and went through the Drive-thru for a famous bowl. Before I ordered I was told "it's a wait on chicken"🤔. I began my order only to be told "there's a minute wait on corn". I am so disappointed. Only in Laurinburg is there a wait on chicken at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN, and a 10 minute wait on CORN? Laurinburg mess up EVERYTHING.
