Like always, the chocolate milk shake was out , for some reason that happened very often in McDonald, from Fayetteville NC to Raeford NC, I stopped to get a chocolate milk shake, 4 different location, the machine was out .

We order the breakfast 2 for $5. We got the sausage,egg and cheese Mcmuffin and a bacon,egg and cheese Biscuit. The Mcmuffin was good, but there was only one piece of bacon on the biscuit that had been cut in half. You tasted everything but the bacon. Ordered the carmel ice coffee and they sure didn't spare the carmal. It was to sweet to drink.

I recently had surgery that has left me with a urinary catheter draining from just my right kidney. The surgery had caused a lot of weakness, so I am mostly getting around with a walker or a wheelchair. During my recent visit to this establishment, I needed to use the restroom so I was going to try to use the handicap stall so I could use the handrail. As I entered the restroom I noticed the 2 non-handicap stalls were vacant. I also noticed there was a McDonald’s employee on their phone in the handicap stall.

Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel with extra breakfast sauce and extra onions. I get the sandwich and it doesn't have anything extra it didnt even have onions or breakfast sauce. I tell the lady at the window and she partly closes the wondow but you can tell she has an attitude about it. They tell me move up mind you there was noone behind me. Lady brings out the sandwich and it is burnt and tasted like salt was poured on it heavily. Never going back there. They even burnt my husbands egg on his bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

Total incompetence. Started with being ignored in one drive thru line while 2 cars ordered in the other. Then. . . Ordered a gravy biscuit with the gravy on the side and coke. Ordered another gravy biscuit, normal and a tea on the same order. Got told to pull over to wait on hashbrowns???? WT ..? Corrected them and was told they would refund me and bring out the correct order to my car. Waited several minutes for them to bring one gravy biscuit and an extra side of gravy. That's it! Probably a good thing my order wasn't for something easy : ) We will have to be starving to go back.

This might be one of the dirtiest McDonalds locations I’ve been to in a long time. The bathrooms were fine, but there were swarms of fruit flies all over the soda machines and tea dispensers. And a bunch of dead ones next to one of them. Oh, and all of the kiosks were broken. Horrible place. Go somewhere else.

The staff here is never friendly (with the exception of a couple) nor do they try to help their customers. They do the bare minimum, if that. The Manager's are just as bad,(hince the staff feels it's ok to work this way) they offer no help. They mess up orders all the time, not to mention orders you've been waiting on for way too long. If you tell them the order is wrong, they act like you're the one that's done something wrong. This has been going on here for a really long time so I doubt we'll see any change. I will say there are a couple good workers here but they usually don't stick around long. If we had another McDs close by, I would NEVER go back to this one!! The owners should really be ashamed.

I went inside to order my food because it was raining didn't want to roll my window down in the Drive-Thru with the rain well they give me the cup to make my sweet tea I didn't realize it but the plastic cup had a little crack on the side of the cup it was dripping I didn't notice when I tried to put the lid on and pressed down the cup busted right open tea went everywhere!! All over the floor all over me.. then the manager had the nerve to catch an attitude because she just cleaned it up!!! Worst experience at McDonald's I have ever had in my whole life

On several occasions I've ordered sausage McMuffins and received them without cheese. When I call back I'm informed that there are new staff members making the sandwiches. The person I spoke with took my information and told me to come back for replacement. When I attempted that, the management on duty refused and required the store manager's presence to replace the incorrectly made items.

We went through drive thru and placed our order, the associate put in 2 medium shakes instead of large shakes. We also ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and medium fries.
We told her the mistake with the shakes at the drive thru window.
We saw the cheeseburgers on the screen at the time and she then told us to pull around.
When we got to the pickup window after paying, they told us we were charged for 4 shakes. They refunded our money. Which would have been fine, as we know mistakes can be made, but then we realized they did not give us our burgers.
They told us the burgers weren't on the order and they gave the attitude of it being our fault.
Again, I know mistakes happen, but treat the customer with respect, take care of the issue and move on.
Don't act like it was our fault for not ordering something, when your associate most likely canceled the wrong item in the first place.
