Every time you ask for a hot fudge sundae, every employee states the machine is not working. Absolute laziness and rude employees.

Stopped here on way home to oee and grab a bite to eat. Decently clean bathrooms, fast service for how busy they were and they got our order right. The manager was friendly, plenty of parking 👍

First cancelled my mobile order for curbside. I then re-ordered for drive thru and it went through. Received our order and we’re missing 2 of our fries and apple slices for happy meal. Went inside and grabbed those. Started continuing our trip and then realized we didn’t receive 2 of our drinks either. We didn’t want to turn around, so tried calling the restaurant numerous times to get a refund for our drinks and no one picks up. Food quality wasn’t great either.

Where do I even start. If you’re hungry in the morning time and am craving breakfast or just had a Kid at the Scotland memorial hospital. I highly recommend not coming to this McDonalds. They are rude very negative and rude. I ordered food on door dash and didn’t receive a whole meal of the two purchased in which was a bacon egg and cheese’s McGriddle meal. Being Understandable and it’s DoorDash I decide to leave the hospital and make a trip down to the McDonald’s where I was met in the drive thru with a rude employee telling me to come inside of the establishment abd speak with a manger.no problem. I park go inside stood there for about 15-20 minutes before I got to speak with a manger. I ask a lady packing the floor if she was the manger she says yes I shoe her the receipt and a video I got of the food before leaving the hospital. She very rudely says I need to take that up with DoorDash. I ask if I can just get a remake of the food since I have the receipt I get greeted with a rude No. I leave and was left very disappointed by the staff understanding that maybe it truly want there fault but there is two totally different ways to speak to people

Slow service, incompetent employees, the food was not ready or prepared. Their frappe station is always out of service or they run out of the ingredients. Me and another customer are waiting for food.

Sat in the drive-thru for twenty minutes for two deluxe QPCs, and they weren't even deluxe as ordered. The crew seems absent and lazy, as they move around at a snail's pace when doing anything. Not many of them seem to really care about their jobs. When placing an order or asking a staff member for assistance or even then bringing food out to the drive thru, they act like it's the end of the world for them to have to actually do their jobs.

This is the absolute nastiest McDonalds I have ever seen. Was going to eat but the smell took my breath away. I am on oxygen and went to the bathroom and it was so nasty and stunk I could hardly breathe. Lots of employees but not good service at all. Most of them were standing around talking to one another. Would only wait on one person at a time. Needless to say I didn’t order and went elsewhere to eat. It was 🤢 disgusting 🤢 🤢🤢🤢

Some of the people that work there not all of them be very rude when they are on the intercom talking to us and we understand that they have to get it out quick but still they need to be polite and respectful then they can understand what we are saying so it can be quick are tone of voice and a snappy words

Stood in line too long to order & had to leave. Manager barking orders. Employees just looked at her & did not seem to care there was a line & they were incompetent. Unacceptable if you want to stay in business.
