Service is slow it took 25 mins to receive my order. The manager and crew walking around on their phones. The cashier has not be cross trained. And the old move look an old turtle.

This place does not even deserve a star on anything. This is the worse Popeyes I have ever been too. First we sat on the heat waiting to order for 30 minutes the other car moved up and we sat for 10 minutes no one said anything so we left. I read reviews I seen 2 good ones that’s said where is The General Manager for this establishment worst Popeyes Ever

Story isn’t kept very clean at all. Seating is also very limited. Workers are fine and food is fine but the wait time for a simple order is crazy. The store needs better management imo

This place is so hit or miss. Some days the food is spectacular and other days you only get half the food you order and it is inedible. Also, the place is super small and cluttered. There was paperwork and folders all over multiple tables taking up seats. The workers act like they don't want to be there and it shows. Several times i get my food missing sauces, missing drinks, all together missing items. I genuinely believe corporate needs to step in and overhaul this place because it is abysmal. Just go to chick fil.

We went this afternoon for the first time. No one was in the lobby when we arrived, we ordered our food . I ordered original wings when we got the receipt it said ghost pepper wings. My boyfriend went to get it straight and all the guy would say is it’s original wings no matter what my boyfriend said he just kept saying you ordered original those are original. Even a 5 th grader would no ghost peppers aren’t original chicken wings. We got our money back and left. Also they need supervision in this establishment or it’s not going to make it!

I was able to walk right in and place my order without anyone in front of me. I thought i would be in and out in a few minutes . Unfortunately I waited approx 30+mins, which was very frustrating. I got home to find that 1 chicken leg wasn't cooked thoroughly. This was my second visit, because my first visit I had the same problem, uncooked chicken. But, I decided to give them another chance, regretfully, No more chances. On top of all that the tea was less than 1/4 tea & 3/4 water. So basically it tasted like water. Undrinkable.On a good note the apple pies & biscuits are good.

I would give Popeyes in Laurinburg, NC ZEROOO stars if I could! Tonight was my husband & I first and LAST TIME eating there, and it was awful! We walk in and the dining area is a disaster! Napkins. Cups, trash all over the floor, counters, and tables. The condiment area was nasty as well, with no straws, or napkins. The lobby looks as though it has not been tended too all day! The bathroom was very nasty, with urine on the seat, toilet paper everywhere, and no paper towels to dry my hands! And the people, or I should say PARTY going on in the back where the employees are, was despicable! NO gloves, NO hair nets, and absolutely NO CARE OR CONCERN for the people waiting to order or waiting on their food, at least 20min!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT POPEYES IN LAURINBURG NC!!! FOOD, SERVICE. AND STAFF FAILED MISERABLY!!! Best part of our meal, the fries, because they were hot! KFC has no worries!!!!

I know Popeyes just open up in Laurinburg N.C but come on now I order 12pc wing dinner n u gave me 11 fries no dipping sauce which clearly on my receipt, now food is good but please do right with serving portions, once again I love me some Popeyes and I'm so glad to have one in our home town just make sure we as customers get the right amount of food especially paying 15.99 plus tax Feb 12 I went to popeyes n got the shrimp tackle box okay it was good had 12 shrimp, so Feb 17 I stop again order the same excepti got 6 shrimp I told the cashier bout it, she said ma'am I don't know. So I ask for the Manger on do which was a guy u sent word that he was busy to come to the window, me was like wow than another person came to the window n was like he said he busy n I get what I paid for, this is not good customer service n to be a Manger tonight is unprofessional, I go somewhere else cause my money is valuable to me when I spent if had came n said ma'am this what u get n you got lucky the last meal! I love popeyes but yall just lost points with me he need to act better!
