Very friendly employees! Thank you! PLEASE clean! It looks like you don't sweep, clean the table bases, the booth seats have dust and crumbs at the back, the trash area and many tables have crumbs and dust and dirt on them. I didn't want to take any othe pictures and start an uncomfortable situation but, PLEASE clean!

Walked in to pick up a mobile order today. 5 employees there talking amongst themselves, never greeted or acknowledged me until I told them I was picking up the order laying on the counter. As a former Starbucks employee and 18 years in customer service it made me feel really disappointed with an environment I always appreciated. Do better young generation.

I would love to leave a good review but simply cannot. It took 5 minutes of standing at the counter before someone acknowledged our existence. The two boys on shift were too busy partying in the back to help out and the two ladies were busy with the drive through. Needless to say we waited a good 15
min for our drinks.

I recently visited the Laurinburg, NC Starbucks and had a disappointing experience with a barista named “Alex.” As a fellow Starbucks partner from Hartsville, I attempted to use my partner numbers, provided my name, paid through my mobile app (which displays my name), and showed my ID. Despite identifying myself multiple times, I was accused of being dishonest.

While I received a refund, I never got an apology. The issue wasn’t about the refund but the lack of professionalism and the racial profiling I experienced. As a loyal partner and customer, I expect better. This situation was both unacceptable and hurtful.

I’m giving 5 stars to this Starbucks because the manager was knowledgeable and courteous and made an effort to prepare an espresso drink with creamy foam (microfoam).

We stop here several times a month while traveling. Either you walk in at 7:55 at night and they won’t serve you or tonight it was we can’t take any more orders with mocha and we aren’t taking cash or we are only taking cash. I’m so disappointed in this place.

Waited a long time while others behind me were served at the drink pick up area. I attempted to talk with the cashier about my order and she told me the person making drinks would make it. I needed to go wait. I reminded her she did not get my name, she did not care. After more waiting the barista making orders asked what I ordered, they discovered my drink was made incorrectly because the print out did not have good ink. The cashier told me I could have the hot drink with No Name, and did not understand why I was upset. I attempted to discuss her behavior while not helping me when I had asked for help and she told me she had other customers.
The drink was too sweet and I threw it away. When I used the bathroom, it was dirty and half of it was out of order..

This is the worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks we waited 55 mins for 2 drinks and didn’t even get the second one. After 30 mins we got the first but instead of making the other they just went onto other orders. When I asked where the second one was they just kept telling me they were working on it. If they were truly working on it as they claimed it should take no more than 5 mins not the 30 additional minutes I waited. We finally just requested a refund and wasted a whole hour on nothing.

The staff at this location are so rude! My wife and I placed mobile orders at the same time. When we arrived we waited for about 5 minutes for her drink. 20 minutes later my drink was no where to be seen. When I went to ask about my order I was told they had just now started on the order… even though they were placed at the same time. When I asked why it took so long when they were placed at the same time, the rude person behind the counter said I could either wait for get a refund. What kind of customer service is that? AND the order was made wrong. What a sorry excuse for a Starbucks.

I stopped by the Starbucks in Laurinburg, NC, and had a pretty good experience. The place was clean and had the usual Starbucks vibe. I grabbed a caramel macchiato and a chocolate croissant, and both were just what I expected—tasty and satisfying. The staff was friendly and got my order right. If you're in Laurinburg and need a coffee fix, this Starbucks is a solid choice.
