No hate on the employees at all, they were always helpful. However, multiple times that I have tried ordering from this subway they were out of steak, chicken, and tuna, etc. Seems to never have anything stocked properly. If you’re able to get your order without having to try and substitute an item, go buy a lottery ticket because your luck is good.

The sandwiches we ended up ordering were good but I gave them 2 stars since they were out of Rotisserie Chicken & Steak, they only had 3 bread choices, & 2 chip choices. There were also out of all of their bottled drinks. We saw roaches crawling on the wall beside our both while we were eating.

Recently got two cold cut sandwiches from here. There was a bug crawling right near the buffet, our sandwiches were stale( yes cold cut but you could tell the bread was old) lack of ingredients, everything on the bar was wilted and nasty looking. Definitely a breeding ground for e-coli. Definitely needs new inspection and new employees and management.

Would give this a 0 star for the location. Employees are either violently high or intensely rude and rushing of customers. Consistently disappointing, always out of half their inventory and absolutely unapologetic. Every online order I place is cancelled due to improper business management and incapable of ordering product. Every employee on the payroll deserves a final write up or termination.

The people who work there are not friendly or helpful. They don't listen to you... See. To be uninterested in doing their job with diligence, and don't make your sandwich correctly. Never going back and I live in this town. Whoever owns this store needs to show up.

The 2 guys working there made me wait like 10 minutes before ordering my food because they was making food for themselves they was playing, laughing and carrying on with each other i started to walk out !!!!! Not to mention he had his drink on top of the counter where they make the food at.. highly pissed me off.... will not be coming back to this location at all...... they used all the pepper on their food and when I asked for pepper they was all out REALLY !!!!!!! SUBWAY YOUR WORKERS NEED TO DO BETTER or find NEW WORKERS THAT VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed order online for a Italian and a steak sub. When I got there they said they didn't have any steak,salami or pepperoni. When asked if they just didn't want to make it they responded we just want to go home. I will never go to any Subway ever again. Jersey Mike's will get all my business.

Service had gone down at this location. We go here at least 1 or 2 times a week and on one of the last visit the workers rushed me on my order asked for light mustard and a little more mayo, they put an overload of mustard added to the sandwich and I asked him to take some off he used their finger and wiped it off and wiped it onto the trash hole in the work bar. Also overloaded with mayo. (As to be sarcastic) One was trying to ring me up while I was trying to rush me to make my sandwich. I finally had to say, "just wait". The bread was small as if it was not proofed just backed and it wad really dark (close to burnt). One of the worst experiences ever at this subway location. Made me and my family want to turn in our Subway cards. On Monday this week went to the one in the Walmart location and this was the A+++ service I am use to. Bread was cooked right, great customer service, and food was deliciois. Thanks to them for saving lifetime customers. Thanks for the listening ear! (Pictures from 2 different Subways)
