I really enjoy my time coming into this new and improved subway. The new manager is him. I love to see him and his daughter in there. They give the best customer service and I can have a messed up day after I leave subway all my worries are gone. I highly recommend this store! If you’re not at this subway in Laurinburg then what are you doing? Great job you guys and if the manager ever leaves I will be too! Just joking but I’m serious.

Had an OUTSTANDING customer experience interfacing with Manager D. 👍 D provided tasty Subway menu items, that were enjoyed by my family. 👍 D was personable, efficient, and courteous. He is definitely a Subway team member who deserves recognition. 👍 HIGHLY recommend this Subway store. I will definitely be returning many times. 👍

The customer service was great I must say and friendly. The driest tasteless subs ever with very very little meats but thick bread. All I could taste was the veggies I would have been better off ordering a salad. I ordered a footlong and a half sub, if only I could have found the meat I would be returning. I ended up throwing the bread away and eating it as a salad .

Both restaurants ran a nacho special I was able to get one and they don’t put cheese all the way for one complaint that I have, number 2 complaint is if you decide you might want another one, well you just shit out of luck. They will tell you that there is no cheese or meat for the nachos. I think if you are not able to keep enough of ingredients to run a special they should not have a special.

This has got to be the most Horrible Subway and they are just as Ghetto it don't make no sense. Every time I come here things are Broken and on today the 25th of March. They are so ratchet they put a Paper on the door saying Closed until further notice. But the Open sign is still on. Last time coming here and giving my money. Bennettsville SC location does better than you guys. Got people driving over here getting out their cars walking up and seeing that sign a waste of People time and Energy. Subway Laurinburg NC location. You guys got to get it together. Bennettsville here I come.

We are from out of town and were passing though when we decided to place an order on the app. About 10 minutes after placing the order, we received a call from the restaurant stating that they were completely out of all bread (@7pm) and would be cancelling our order. A sandwich shop… out of bread?? It appears from other reviews that this is a common occurrence. I’d recommended to avoid this location if possible.

I placed my order around 12:40-12:50 said my food would be ready at 1:05 got to the restaurant they cancelled my order and refunded my money but couldn’t tell me why first he said they didn’t have what I ordered then said he could make the sandwich in store. So I’m confused as to why my order was refunded if it could’ve been made. I was on a 20 min lunch break so I’ll just start going to another shop since I wasted 10 mins in the line to be told they cancelled my food for no reason.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been at subway but i decided to go the other day. Just so happens my favorite subway employee is now manager over there. He is a great guy and highly recommended to go there to see. I see a lot of change finally happening for this store! Thank God and congratulations to him he been deserved this!

No hate on the employees at all, they were always helpful. However, multiple times that I have tried ordering from this subway they were out of steak, chicken, and tuna, etc. Seems to never have anything stocked properly. If you’re able to get your order without having to try and substitute an item, go buy a lottery ticket because your luck is good.
