I want to say that this review doesn’t go for all the employees. But most of these employees are rude will walk right by you 20 times with only you in line for 10+ minutes just wanting to order it to get your order corrected. When you receive the food most definitely check it. 9 times out of 10 it is wrong cold or both. I downloaded the app for less communication with the rude employees. I can’t speak for the cleanliness of this restaurant because I take out. My family and I have had a on going joke about if we want Wendy’s enough to deal with the crappy customer service.

The front line cashier was very polite and even came to our table to see if everything was okay.
The food at the wendys in laurinburg is terrible. It's poorly made it took a bite a my triple and threw it away and the person running the window got my order wrong all together. Hamburger look like it had been cook way early in the day. It use too be the best wendys around not anymore. The personal in the evening has no pride in making this restaurant awesome. It was 7 o'clock and the door was locked, everyone had too go threw the drive threw. The evening shift needs too be fired.

One of the best Wendy's locations I've visited recently had excellent service, smiling faces, and an accurate order. However, they forgot my straw and napkins, which I needed for my drink and Saucy Nuggets.
