I went here on 12/16/2024 at 2:05 PM. AMAZING customer service at the drive-thru. It's like they were all happy to be there. Some of their motivation rubbed off on ME! It put me in a good mood. Whatever happened to make them feel so good, keep doing it.

My wife and I were traveling this past Sunday evening through Laurinburg. We stopped for a quick meal at this location. We were greeted by Aaliyah McCoy at the order counter. What a gracious, prompt and courteous young lady! In explaining dining choices, she went above and beyond to discuss various options we could choose. I was immediately impressed by her personality and desire to serve us with 100% of her attention. There are employees and there are SUPERSTAR employees, she falls in the latter category! Such an asset to this Wendy's location! Our meal orders were correct, hot, delicious and the service at least a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10... Thank-you Aaliyah! Sincerely, Tom and Helen

You know what The food at this Wendy's is just as good as any other Wendy's except it tastes like the people who made it actually give a dang about their work. The staff and the people is what makes a good business. And this location they've got some great people working at it. Great job Wendy's location #876-5309

Kid-friendliness: Safe inside location but just like any other place in the USA, watch your kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes chairs with two wheels on them or four wheels or however many wheels these guys have can get in and out with the right arm strength or with the right electric motor powered wheelchairs

The only good thing about the visit was the gentleman working the register that had on glasses. He is an awesome employee but it’s Friday night at 8:00 and the lady locks the door to the dining room and starts hollering who was unlocking her doors. The restaurant is absolutely filthy. Do not come to this Wendy’s … we will never come back.

August 3 2024 at 7:40 pm run your cameras back When I tell you Wendy’s was trash.My family went to grab dinner, the host was nice but when we got our food we was missing some items, so I went back in and let them know, and they was so rude like how you mad cause you messed up our food so unprofessional they talking junk in the back if you don’t like customer service change your job.
