Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My experience has been horrible since they have this manager dark skin with huge eyes. Her attitude is nasty. All I asked for was hot food. Not only was my food hot and not done but on top of that I had to wait almost an hour or more. I asked for my receipt. She gave me a receipt for food. I did not even order on top of that. When I call back in to complain about it I asked what's the name of the GM. She refused the name she refused to give me any service and all I asked for was full food and the receipt is for a refund. She said that they could not refund me if the food is not raw or there's hair in it. And I'm sorry but my food is definitely raw. My chicken is way overcooked and my fries are raw. This is unacceptable. I will complain to the better Business bureau. I've been calling corporate corporate says they can't do anything so if they can't handle business better than this, this will be the last time I will ever spend my money at Zaxby's
And what's more more disturbing is the fact when I talk to the rest of the crew. They're complaining about management as well so I'm certain it is a failure in management. Someone needs to come in this store and take over before they end up closing.

Food was hot and fresh, and the customer service was great. They were having issues with the HVAC system and the floors were wet from the condensation leaking from the ceiling but they did have caution/wet floor signs out. The tables needed to be attended more because they were not wiping them down as customers were leaving.

online order wasn't ready when I pulled up. They said they were working on it and asked me to pull up to curbside. I told them I would be in spot 3. After about 15 minutes I called and asked if they forgot about me. They then brought it right out.

Bathroom was nasty and no soap. High chair was unusable as was so filthy. Ordered 2 dinners with coleslaw. There was no coleslaw present. Asked for it at the counter. Was told they were out of it which they had not told us when we ordered! Also, ordered fries with no seasoning which is a standard option in the Zaxby’s menu. Got ours loaded with tons of salt and seasoning. The chicken tenders were good thankfully. Not a good Zaxby’s location.

We come here atleast once a week and ask for extra seasoning on the fries and have NEVER had this done for us. Like what is so hard about sprinkling extra seasoning? The cups on the side isn't the same. About to find another place to eat. But love your chicken strips.

We often stop here on the way to the beach. The food was hot and delicious, and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The new manager came to check on us during our meal. We had a great experience.

This is our favorite Zaxbys, the chicken is always hot and fresh. We stop every time on our way to our 2nd home, my husband walks our dogs and I get the chicken. Our dogs love the chicken too, when it's hot the smell gets them all excited when I get in the van because they always get some.

Today's trip was really good, Brandon was friendly and answered my questions on different sauces and the rest of the staff seemed to work good together and looked pretty happy, even with it being busy.
(I think there were some different staff a couple months ago, I felt on our last trip some of the workers really didn't want to work and some other workers were trying to do it all)

Terrible service! Waited exactly 30 mins for food. Ridiculous.

Only Drinks available were full sugar. No tea, not diet drinks or sugar free options. No ice available. I waited 42 minutes for my food. I saw it on the counter, they let it set for over 20 minutes before giving it to me. It was cold. This was a local management issue.
