Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We come here atleast once a week and ask for extra seasoning on the fries and have NEVER had this done for us. Like what is so hard about sprinkling extra seasoning? The cups on the side isn't the same. About to find another place to eat. But love your chicken strips.

We often stop here on the way to the beach. The food was hot and delicious, and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The new manager came to check on us during our meal. We had a great experience.

This is our favorite Zaxbys, the chicken is always hot and fresh. We stop every time on our way to our 2nd home, my husband walks our dogs and I get the chicken. Our dogs love the chicken too, when it's hot the smell gets them all excited when I get in the van because they always get some.

Today's trip was really good, Brandon was friendly and answered my questions on different sauces and the rest of the staff seemed to work good together and looked pretty happy, even with it being busy.
(I think there were some different staff a couple months ago, I felt on our last trip some of the workers really didn't want to work and some other workers were trying to do it all)

Terrible service! Waited exactly 30 mins for food. Ridiculous.

Only Drinks available were full sugar. No tea, not diet drinks or sugar free options. No ice available. I waited 42 minutes for my food. I saw it on the counter, they let it set for over 20 minutes before giving it to me. It was cold. This was a local management issue.

Good turned out great but the service here is lacking. It took 35 minutes to receive our food and we were given the wrong sauces.

Nah, don't bother. I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for my Zax snack, then they wouldn't refill my Coke. So I went inside, and this guy said no refills for drive-thru, but then the lady at the window said I could, and then the manager said I had to pay! They all saw me just leave the window. Plus, the food was cold. I'm not going back.

Rude manager was yelling from the kitchen about closing early at her staff and that they better not take anymore orders because she’s looking the doors at 7. We were going to sit down to eat but she just kept yelling at her staff to make all orders Togo and to lock the doors. I felt bad for the people working for her.

Not the Zaxby's I once loved. Whoever is running this isn't concerned at all about their loyal customers. Food is horrible, never fresh. Luv the wings and things plate when it's fresh but forget that when u go to Zaxby's Laurinburg location. If quality doesn't improve, I will never come back. Will find different Zaxby's location.
