Arby's white cheddar mac & cheese is back! Since it's available only for a limited time, I had to get some of that yummy goodness today. The Lenoir restaurant felt like it did not have any heat in the building this afternoon (12/12/25) so the warm mac & cheese hit the spot!

I’ve been a fan of Arby’s restaurants for 30+ years, and I believe this particular location is the BEST one I’ve ever been to. It’s certainly the best fast food place in Lenoir, and it’s consistently that way. The employees are competent and act like they care about their job, and are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is always hot and fresh, and they have always gotten our orders CORRECT! That’s so rare at fast food restaurants anymore. Since moving to Lenoir we have been to this Arby’s location at least 5 times, and we’ll keep going back often.

I just left here from standing in line for almost 10 minutes. It was over 5 minutes. I was in there waiting for somebody to help me. There was a guy that came up and said he'd be with me in a little bit so I stood there and waited for a few more minutes. And anyways an old man came in and then this woman came up and she helped him and completely ignored me and acted like I wasn't there after I'd been standing there inside the store for almost 10 minutes waiting for them to help me and take my coupon!! If I'm going to be ignored like that, I'll just take my business elsewhere!!!!

Lenoir NC blowing rock Blvd. Some of the worst service I've ever gotten at an Arby's. Absolutely no customer service or interaction. Didn't give me any Arby's sauce or marinara sauce for my mozz sticks. Absolutely terrible.

I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. While I understand everyone has bad days, the employee who helped me was very rude to everyone I saw him help, including me.

I asked someone for help to read the menu b they would not help me I finally figured out what to order ordered some food and when they and got it they basically threw it at me how to read I will never come backecause I d your restaurant is horribleon't know how to read
