Three days in a row at least maybe more men’s restroom not touched by the cleaners 1st Day someone had splattered the toilet 2nd same splatter had not been cleaned 3rd day same filth had not been cleared in 3 days will not be back on the fourth day to check What do you think ?? probably still the same I’m a firm believer that if the restroom has not been cleaned in 3 days the the food aria probably is not clean either you decide On a positive note the wait staff was on top of it very nice.

Ordered two Bo berry biscuit at breakfast. Was given two burnt biscuits. I returned that evening with complaint. Was even parked and told they would make fresh ones. Then I waited thinking they were making fresh ones as I was told. I didn’t ask. Then didn’t even look at what I was given. Leave, then check and not fresh and just another set of burnt biscuits.

I have ordered through the app twice now and both times I had complications. Though I ordered curbside, my order was never brought out to me either time. The second time, even though I ordered more than 2 hours in advance, my order was not ready. When I asked how much longer the manager replied “I’m not sure but I’m not able to provide a refund with mobile orders”. Save yourself the headache and get your breakfast elsewhere. This has been a waste of time and money. I will not be coming back to this location!

The workers have changed in this location and the service has been terrible ever since. I have been here on at least three separate occasions and had to wait thirty minutes as other people passed by to get their orders. I was told that my order was given to someone else and I had to still wait another fifteen minutes. I had To go inside and remind them that I was waiting!!!

Lenoir, location -10/29/25 Fries were soggy, been under the heat light to long and the chicken tenders was hard you couldn't even break one in half. Had to take back and told them I couldn't eat it, and they repeated back what I had said to their coworkers and they all started laughing! Very rude employees!
So if you want Bojangles Go to Hudson location!! Food is always fresh there!
I ordered 2 meals to go and what a disappointment. The coffee tasted like yesterdays leftover coffee. , I opened my meal to see dirt on my container of Peach Honey sauce. Everything went into the garbage with the coffee. Terrible experience and will never be back. Maybe if the Manager was more concerned about food quality and employee standards I wouldn't be leaving this review. By the way…leave the Happy Birthday singing for after hours. Your customers deserve better!!!

This place was absolutely ridiculous! Stood and waited on my order for 45 mins! The employees was on their phone and eating near the food that was sitting out. Not wearing no hair nets. And was eating on top of the food that was sitting in baskets. Customer service was a joke!
