Possible the worst tasting biscuit we have received from this location and we are very frequent local customers. No flavor and the biscuit was very dried out. Looked like the biscuits had been flattened. Customer service at window was at a 1 on 1 to 10 rating. No communication at all except a minor grunt.

After leaving Wendy's in Lenoir because of their bad service, I went to Bojangles hoping to get my kids a meal they would like. I asked for Wings, they said they were out, I then asked for chicken breasts, they said they only had a few legs left. I also realized they no longer offer salads. So I had to settle for chicken tenders. The cashier was nice though. I just expected on a Friday night, that there would be more food prepared and ready for the customers.

I used the drive-thru yesterday. The menu board said a Cajun filet biscuit combo was $6.99. When I got up to the pay window, I found out the Cajun fillet biscuit combo was 8.15. Please change the board with accurate prices. Stop stealing from customers.
