Used the drive thru. It was quick but the person taking out order had a horrible personality, they sounded like they just didn't want to be there. The food was hot and fresh.

Usually good but the green bean were way to salty. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to cook chicken. Not good when you are a chicken restaurant at dinner time and dont have enought chicken cooked that you make people wait.

Was not only given the wrong order, I didn't even get a straw or napkins, brought the order back, and was given the correct order with the fries just dumped in the bag, no seasoning on the fries and again, no straw or napkins. I won't come back

I stopped here early this morning for Breakfast. I will NEVER go to this place again. I went through the drive-thru , ended up having to pull back into the parking lot and go into the restaurant. I always check my food before I leave. I ordered a few biscuits including a ham and egg biscuit. There was no ham nor egg on that biscuit. Then when I get to work I find my napkins like this!!!! Looks like someone blew their nose on it, and looks to be blood. Health department will be on this soon as i make that call.

Came in this morning around 10:45 a.m and this young black employee who was working at cash register behind counter with an attitude, forgot to give my receipt when he was walking away from the register to the kitchen talking to his employees (which I had to get the receipt myself) acting like he don’t know how to do this job when I told him that my debit card was declined due to a error transaction and he and his other employee behind the counter didn’t both tell me from the jump that I’m not supposed to type my pin in when I’m scanning my card to process the transaction until they both said it now! Like why didn’t even tell me that from the jump until now? Just fix the problem or put a sign there! People who came to eat here in this location in Lenoir..please be aware when you go in the building to take your order by using your own credit/debit card when their transaction machine doesn’t work, don’t type your pin in when you’re trying to swipe or insert your card 3 times, just press the green button before your transaction is completed! I’m only saying this for your own good!
went there 2-25-24we ordered 20 piece meal, told wait time 15 minutes, girl came to our car saud it's going to be 30 minutes, we'll we already pd..I went into checking it,said 10 minutes, a car pulls in beside us waiting and they bring out 2 boxes of food I called to girl and told her we've been waiting and you bring out food before us that's unexceptable,she went back in,came out saud 10 minutes,,I'm waiting..another car pulls in beside us and I got out tapped on the window and asked did they say when? no was their answer..I called across the the lot when's my 20 coming? As I was walking around the car a manager brought our stuff out. When we got home beans were on everything..we will not be using this bojanles in Lenoir ever again. I will drive all the way to Hudson or Granite ..

I went to three Bojangels during the week. All of them were great. Great food, great service, and great prices. I don't get them at home, and when I come to visit family in North Carolina, I usually stop in once, but for some reason I stopped in at 3 different restaurants. I don't mind at all, they all met up to my standards.
