Quick and easy ordering, friendly staff, good Burger King food, everything was clean and the dining area was well lit and quiet. Staff was helpful to me and an elderly gentleman after me whom they knew by name, I thought that was a nice touch. Workers are doing well and deserve to be compensated for doing well 👍

Worst burger king ive ever ate at. Burger patties are always overcooked and toppings are dead and inedible. Service is slow as molasses. No point in remodeling when you staff incapable employees.

Wildly inconsistent to the point I wont be returning. Sometimes I'll go here and have an amazing meal that makes me want to come back, and sometimes its just near-inedible slop with patties tasting like they've been sitting in the warmer for half the day and fries that are already cold the moment i get them.

Waited at the drive through for a few...then pulled around yo windows. Got there and saw no one at first. Then there were 6 ppl suddenly and every one of them ignored us. I told my husband forget it. Rudest nastiest place. Hope they go out of business...

First off, the food was great, and a great value for the price. That's the good news. Now for the bad, I was shocked at the condition and general cleanliness of the building. This was quite surprising considering this location just opened after they built a brand new building. ( less than 2 weeks ago) tables were filthy, floors were littered with food and trash, and trash cans were full and sticky. Then I went to the restroom...just wow. The men's room was filthy and the paper products were empty.
With all this being said, it was not busy, they were fully staffed including a manager on duty. Also what I assume was a district manager was on site conducting interviews. It says a lot about the management and staff to see the lack of pride and concern when they have been given a brand-new building and trashed it in no time. Just disappointed.

The food is good when you get what you order....I have had no luck using the app in the mornings an I even wait till 6:02 to use the app since they don't open till 6 am I have had no luck doing a.mobile order. ...this morning it.was.6:05 at the window an no one took my order they looked closed so I had to go to Bojangles knowing they would be prepared to take my order an get it fast....the last time I ate there was about a week ago and I ordered the 2 for 6 double sausage biscuits one without cheese an when I got to work I had two double croissants an both had cheese...

Seems like every time I visit this particular Burger King location there's a menu item that isn't available and it's usually the onion rings but sometimes it's something missing from my order when I get it home or more than once I've gotten home with everything I ordered but certain ingredients were missing from my hamburger like ketchup or onions. The drive-thru extremely slow, most days I've used the drive-thru only one order is taken then served while you wait at the speaker to place your order... what's the point. I've always enjoyed the food that Burger King offers but this store located in Hudson NC really needs to work on a few things.

New exterior and interior. Food absolutely sucks. The food was much better before the refurbishing. Cold, not prepared correctly, onion rings had no onions -just some fried white mush. Even the tea was awful. Good luck staying in business. Highway 55 for us. BK is now in the category of McD's. Like live longer AND save your money.
