Just picked up online order…it looks awful. Cheese not even melted on the quesadilla and the bag had a mess of salsa in the bottom and got all over my truck. So needless to say this chipotle SUCKS! Def the worst one around. Also the chips taste like they were from 3 days ago.

Arrived at 948pm and as I walked in i saw a employee take a cup of queso and placing the cup below the counter. I suspected it was for the employee after closing. So I was getting my bowl made and was told it's no more queso which I declined my food after that point cause queso is something I have to have on my meal when eating from Chipotle. I don't feel that was good customer service cause I could of been told that before my meal was being prepared and just cause it's 12 minutes before closing does not mean this location shouldn't be more prepared.

I stop by this Chipotle three to four times a week, and every visit reminds me why it’s my favorite. The team here is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner, they make the experience smooth and enjoyable every single time.

Love the seasonal carne asada in the bowl with all the fixings except beans. 😂 not a fan of beans much. Also I recommend the honey chipotle chicken which is also seasonal. I always get the bowl and my fiancé gets a bowl and side burrito. First time at this location and it was neat, clean and fast. Although the lady was nice I seemed a bit rushed for no reason. I felt as if my bowl could have had a little more food in it, especially for the price. A lot of there meats are freshly cooked right there. But all in all it was good and I’ll be back. Don’t expect a cheap meal here if this is where you wish to go.

Yeah that Chipotle in Morganton was so bad, I had to drop a 5 star review here. This place is actually randomly super solid.

Pretty good in comparison to some of the ones up here in massachusetts, I've been to some where the rise isn't cooked properly so is nice to see that it was and overall it was pretty good

I wish you did not store the carnitas in water. When I order a taco, for example, the water runs out the end and the taco becomes just goo. There is no place I know of that serves pulled pork where the meat comes dripping in water. Fix this please

Overcharged as usual for items that are supposed to come with the menu item. This location over and up charges all the time.
