We paid over $40 ,& they didn't even get half of our order right ,called customer service and they acted like it was our fault, then we ordered a chicken tender meal,and they didn't even put the chicken tenders in it ;(;(never again .

Hush puppy 5/10 pork 7/10 fries 8/10 slaw 8/10 burgers 9 milkshakes 9 something are hit or miss but your bbq plate needs to add beans or slaw give us a choice

The food was cold and nasty. Guy at window threw food out to me. Had to sit and wait to get his attention to get the rest of the food. He clearly was annoyed at someone or something, and his mind was not on working the window.

The food is sloppy. Every time we get milkshakes they are not mixed up good at all! If you go in and talk to them about it they try to explain it away like you’re wrong. We ordered milkshakes at the drive through not long ago they were not what we ordered. I took them inside and told them. The person at the window came over and took them from me and handed them out the window to a customer. I said you can’t do that we had them in our car. They said what we didn’t give them to them. I know they did I watched them. The place is not clean! Sad thing most places are like that.

We stood at the counter while people wondered around aimlessly. The person who took our order had a bad attitude. After we received our food, (no bag for our food) we had to wait to ask for sauces that we had already ask for when we ordered originally. Ordered a peanut butter banana milkshake. Bananas were evidently black, at least I hope that's what was black in my shake. Cook Out used to be awesome. Unfortunately food quality and service has drastically declined.

Somehow yall always manage to forget part of my order every time , I worked at this location for a few months so i know it only takes common sense to do any job position in there , yall need some people who know what they doing instead of tryna rush people out the line 😒

Love to eat here when i go to the mountains. Food is always fresh. Kimberly at the front counter was great. I brought 7 other people with me and believe me they are chaotic. lol. But she was kind and patient while we ordered and nothing was wrong or messed up. Great job!!!
