The more they jack up the price, the worse the food tastes. This place won't survive inflation.
Store was a little dirty (kitchen part). Could see from counter, napkins and food all over floor. My order was ready and was given to someone else, then sat there when they said not theirs.

Drive through worker was incredibly rude and caught an attitude when we corrected her on a mistake while she was taking our order. Got home to find that a burger that was supposed to have lettuce, pickle, mayo and ketchup had nothing but coleslaw on it… I’m used to much better service than this from cookout

Pulled up last night for a milkshake, there were plenty of people inside eating, this lady runs out of the kitchen and grabs the doors and locks them as we’re about to walk in. So we stand there for a second confused, 3 people go to walk out after they’d finished their meal and can’t because the lady locked them inside 😂. So she has to come back and let them out, she guards the door as we stand there and watch, she yells to us “you can go thru the drive thru if you want” and slams and locks the door again, keep in mind there’s still about 10-15 people inside eating 😂. We parked and ate our milkshakes, and watched that lady run back and forth to unlock the door to let people out and re lock the door for no apparent reason whatsoever. 😂😂😂
