They're a great restaurant BUT they have constant turn around with employees. The employees who work there are so very slow at preparing your food (minus a few employees who have been there quite awhile). The definitely need the old manager back, she got stuff done!

Probably the worst Dunkin coffee I’ve ever had. My boyfriend ordered black coffee and it came with creamer in it. The coffee tasted like water mixed with creamer, barely any coffee flavor to speak of. My frozen coffee was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. Just an overall bad experience.

Came to get 1 cup of coffee this morning.. employee had an attitude, made me wait 10 mins at the speaker. Came inside to order and still had to wait another 10 minutes. Probably that girl is not cut out for customer service because the store was not even busy when I went in.. so to wait 20 minutes for a coffee that's already brewed is insane. Will just go to Starbucks next time.

Whoever owns this store or whoever is in charge of hiring staff needs a good kick in the sack because they are very ignorant an obviously can't tell the difference between very hard working employees and slackers, they keep the slackers and fire the good employees that actually do their job right and I've witnessed it first hand all the staff members that gave nothing but the best customer service were fired for small mistakes when the not so note worthy employees apparently get to do whatever they want and get paid for not doing as of a good job that I've seen from other's

last 3 visits awful - always out of everything -why stay open until 9 if you are out of practically everything donut at 1 o’clock - staff snippy especially male manager and today they got mad when I wanted by card credited back because they didn’t have the ingredients to make the holiday item. Inside of store was filthy - Bettee cleanliness -better inventory control - better training for staff -and management customer service is non existent

Been here twice now the 1st time was around 6pm and I wanted some of there donut holes and were sold out and they couldn't make any frozen drinks? The 2nd time coming at 3 and no donut holes again. Idk I guess you have to be here when they open cause once they are gone they ain't making any more.

Charges $1.07 for a whip cream cup for my dog. Starbucks, Chick Fila, Dairio, Cookout, etc do it for free. Have never been charged for a pupcup.

Paid almost $5 for a cup of coffee that’s not even half way full and cold. When i brought it inside i was told they wouldn’t make me a new one that this was a large cup and that’s why its only half full but yet the cup is the same size as my boyfriends medium and his was full and that still doesn’t explain why its ice cold.

The place is terribly run. I have been there about a dozen times and 80% of the time they are out of what I want. How can you run out of an item by 9:00am and not make more??? Why do you have things on your board that you never seem to have.
I am done, never going back.

Terrible customer service. Thought the last time it was just a bad day but now I’m convinced the teenage girls they are hiring just aren’t being trained. On top of that both times there was no manager on site. Dunkin’ doughnuts with no doughnuts is insane!

Ordered through the drive through. 4 donuts. Order was incorrect and all four donuts were just thrown into a bag. Two had chocolate icing and whipped cream so they were just all stuck together and a total mess. This place is a joke. Called to speak with a manager. No manager was there. Won’t be going back to that rat hole. Would give zero stars if that were an option. Ticket said “Shania.”
