I love this place. I get excited everytime I see the little red trailer parked in Boone. The Diablo with Carnitas is my go to, but your really can't go wrong.
Besides the awesome food, they are honest people too. My faith in humanity was restore this week when I accidentally left my wallet on their picnic table. Someone turned it in and they held it for me to pick up. Not only did I get my wallet back, but every cent was still in it. Thank you so very much.

This taco truck catered our rehearsal dinner and it was amazing!! They were on time, the food was hot and delicious, our guests were all so happy. Ashley also helped us find a bartender for the event since we were planning from afar. Amazing service, and delicious food. Can’t recommend enough!

Wow! I'm fairly confident that the carnitas burrito I just ate was the best burrito I've ever had. The location of this food truck seems to be different than what's listed here, but it's worth tracking down. The tortas also looked amazing. I'll have to come back and try one.
