It's okay. Some of the food is good but they can't keep employees so the food will most of the time be under cooked or over cooked not seasoning or over seasoned. Truly a 50/50 for the prices, I do not recommend unless your going for the unlimited ribs and then you risk a chance of food poisoning. I've gone here many years after it changing management several times still the same results truly disappointing.

Was surpised to see the 86.5 sanitation score but after the food came out, I could understand the kitchen likely isn't performing up to par. I feel for the GM who, from what we could tell was the only server on a Saturday morning, she did her best.The food was not good at all but we ate what we could stand and then left. My daughter didn't touch her chicken and the firecracker stix were awful, likely out of date mix. Everything almost had a smoke taste, not in a good way. Fryer oil may have been dirty, who knows.I actually worked for Fatz many years (2008-2014) ago at different location in many different roles, bartender all the way up to KM and while I understand things have changed, the qualiy of the food should not be slipping this much. Hopefully this location can get some help in someway because given the small lunch crowd and lack of employeees coupled with the food quality, there is no way this place can stay open for much longer.

Seated right away and had two lovely ladies Chrystal and Hope who waited on me and my family at a great pace. Manager on duty was Kristin and she checked in on our table multiple times and had a great attitude! Appetizers came out great and tasted great. Food was hot and delicious. Drinks stayed refilled and had a overall great experience!Kid-friendliness: Gave my grandkids coloring pages and kids menus and helped clean up the mess they made without hesitation!Parking: Plenty of parking

I ordered a Double Mac Daddy Burger and my wife ordered the Calabash chicken tenders. I got the wrong burger, receiving a regular double cheeseburger. My fries were hot but my wife's fries were room temp so I gave her mine. I also ordered a side of grits but they were so salty that they were inedible. Gave it two stars because the burger was okay, even though it was wrong. Our table was so sticky that my phone literally stuck to it. This place used to be great but ever since Covid hit, they never seemed to recover.

I know you've all been waiting for a review like this....so here it is. Server left us stranded (2.5/5 rating). We get a fork to eat our food with and that's it. Where is the spoon and knife? Chicken is from Walmart's freezer aisle with Tyson's signature grill marks. Try eating that s**** Just try. Carolina Plate is trash. If you're looking to eat display food, this is your place. So I'm assuming everything else is too. No need for photos. I'm going to tell you. Just avoid Fatz altogether. You can make better trash panda food at home. If you don't know what a trash panda is...it is a raccoon. If you read this, thank you for your time. Edit: A full refund would be great.

A year ago I would have given 5 stars and I understand that food costs have gone crazy. I myself have worked at restaurants. I can honestly say this is probably the last time we eat at this establishment. We dined here 5 months ago maybe 6 food was not good the waitress was great so of course I told her food was tough not cooked like it should be and sides were cold. My husband and I decided to have a date night 2 nights ago and once again waitress was friendly so of course myself working in restaurants we did leave her a very good tip even though my husband told me to leave her only half of what I did. We paid $53 and change for dried chicken breast ( I ordered blue ridge chicken) which I usually do and one side ( it was cold ) and my husband ordered a small sirloin with fries which he also said was not good. I'm not blaming the wait staff I'm blaming management for not overlooking the kitchen. The manager always walks around with a very angry face and I'm sorry to say the parking lot also says a lot about this restaurant. Normally packed 2 years ago even a year ago. Now when you drive by you might see 5 cars. I'm glad I left our waitress and ones before way more than 20% tip because that's how these sweet people make their money.

Service was great. There was some confusion about about my order. And I’m waiting to see if my money is returned like the server, Brian, said. Otherwise, I’ll be charged twice for a meal that, while hot, fresh, and fast, was not very good. Brian was a great server though!
We had the best waiter ever. Brian was so polite. Besides being r waiter he was also doing multiple jobs.We didn't have to wait on anything. Never had someone to be so polite and nice and cared for their customer like he did.He also wrote Happy anniversary on r ticket. He is the reason we will be coming back..don't lose a prize worker like him.Thank you Brian.

The staff was AWESOME! The food was delicious! Hot and fast! The entire establishment is Very clean! Ali is amazing! I would highly recommend eating here! Can’t wait to visit Lenoir again soon to eat at this FATZ

The restaurant was nice and clean.No one was at the front to seat us or welcome us. Waited over 5 minutes to be greeted. Then was seated. Waited a bit. Waitress was very nice just spread to thin. Got drinks and bread. Then the wait began..... food was not that great. Fries where warm at best. Smallest sweet potato I have ever had. Lunch there took over 2hrs.We have never been to a Fatz, was really looking forward to trying them.Food was not that good and the time it took was crazy. Only half the tables where taken.....

We walked in about 8:20 pm. Our plan was to order takeout and have a drink at the bar while waiting. No one was at the front nor ever walked to the front to seat us. I found a precious baby working her tail off at the back (high school, clearly saving for college $, polite and professional). She explained they were understaffed and we were totally understanding. We placed our to-go order and in the meantime I tracked down the bartender and politely explained our plan.She was an alpha bitty all the way. By the time she finally made my simple mixed drink(the bar had few customers total the entire time) our food was already provided.I am not nor ever have been a 'Karen'...but this bitty was a total bitty. I intentionally gave her the benefit of a doubt...sought her out..just to tell her how much I appreciated her service, etc....yet to no avail.As a former waitress/bartender...I am very difficult to ever find bad service...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT FATZ IN LENOIR PEOPLE!!! IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE TO MORGANTON OR ANYWHERE ELSE....I PROMISE THE PEOPLE WHO SERVE YOU ANYWHERE ELSEWHERE WORK FOR A LIVING AND NEED THE WELL EARNED $ TO LIVE ON.The saddest part on bitty bartender's behalf...as a former server myself...I TIP like a mofo...ALWAYS...TIL THEN.
