Ordered the Thanksgiving sub. Should have come with cornbread dressing but it was a turkey and mayo sandwich. Also received no pickle spears. It's like the younger employees didn't finish the order and had no clue. Don't waste your money or time at this place.

Ordered online. When I arrived at restaurant there were three other customers waiting for online orders. I waited in the restaurant 40 mins while they filled other orders and handed them directly to the customers never placing them on the online order rack. When Everyone else had received their order I inquired about mine, they asked my name then immediately produced my order from behind the counter. No idea how long it had been done. Received my food a hour after ordering and it was cold, and one of the subs was a build your own that was completely wrong.

My sub was awesome. I think their subs are always best if you eat them right when you get it. When you get them togo I think they are a little to soggy after a while....that's why it's best to dine in there. The drink machine had several out of stock drinks and the tea wasn't the best that day....other then that I love Firehouse Subs.

The subs are alright I can get one at Walmart cheaper and it taste about the same, but don’t even think about working there someone close to me did everything thing they asked and worked hard to get the place better but nope that doesn’t matter what you do if they don’t like you you’re gone also they like to spread rumors that aren’t true either it’s a back stabbing place that needs to get there priorities straight

This is the first time I have ate firehouse subs and my experience was wonderful. Everything looked great taste great and good atmosphere. I would definitely recommend checking them out in Lenoir
