I always order my food with no pickle, it gets ignored. On the receipt it says in big letters NO PICKLE. Not one time I have ordered and theres not been a pickle. Im allergic and am tired of my dinner being ruined.

The food is great, when directions are followed.

My sub was awesome. I think their subs are always best if you eat them right when you get it. When you get them togo I think they are a little to soggy after a while....that's why it's best to dine in there. The drink machine had several out of stock drinks and the tea wasn't the best that day....other then that I love Firehouse Subs.

This is the first time I have ate firehouse subs and my experience was wonderful. Everything looked great taste great and good atmosphere. I would definitely recommend checking them out in Lenoir
