It’s been years since I’ve been to this Hardee’s location due to the terrible service. My family decided to stop in today. It was wonderful. The manager was attentive as well as the other employees. I will definitely be stopping by more often now

Ordered through door dash. Everything tasted great BUT I ordered a Frisco ham breakfast sandwich 'NO AMERICAN CHEESE' 'EXTRA SWISS CHEESE'. I got NO cheese at all. 😞🥺

Ordered IN. Lady threw my bag on the counter. Didn't bother to bring it to me, even though I was walking with a cane. Then I had to go and ask for a tray. Nearly $13 for my Mushroom Swiss Combo. Hardly one or two mushrooms. Burger was hard around the edges. Cold fries 🍟 😦. Im so disappointed 😞. I love this sandwich but this was just beyond good customer service. Ridiculous and sad....

4 tiny pieces of ham, 2 pieces of cheese, and a small egg. Had to wait 15 minutes after paying and still didn’t bring order out. Backed up to drive thru window to ask about order and they acted like they forgot and had to wait another 10 minutes for THIS. Then acted like them giving us a free gravy biscuit should make up for it? If we wanted that we would have ordered it to begin with. Wont be back.

The picture says thousands words. Not sure who like burnt biscuits but if that's you your in luck! Only seen this at two locations Lenoir and Conover NC .
A little disappointed with this location several of my colleagues from work have told me that food is really good so I went to try it out, but I feel like anytime that I ask them for condiments or stuff for my coffee. I felt like I was bothering them and I had to tell the person to give me my food. Thank you. They didn’t say thank you to me. I just think those are basic things that whenever someone purchases something from you you say thank you it’s not very difficult, but I guess they don’t realize that here.

Always friendly, always fast. Cannot speak for others, but my experience has always been so. Have been going to this location since I was a child. The fact that they are still in operation after so long should be reputable enough proof for anyone, and speaks volumes to their integrity.
