Edit to add response to owner: The original review was not written the same day we ordered the food. I definitely had the tuxedo cake. It was awesome. Honestly, we threw the rest of the meal out, after eating a small amount. My profile is new, not fake. I don't own a restaurant although I have eaten at a great many of them all over the country. I dont lie. The spaghetti was definitley not whole pieces, the texture of the chicken definitely was not like a real chicken breast.
I don't know how this place gets all these good reviews. The food is just not good Italian food. The Italian Sausage Parm was cliced like pepperoni and the spaghetti it came on was cut up as well. (like for a child) The whole dish was very bland. The Chicken Parm seemed to be a chopped and formed patty with a batter type breading. The iceberg lettuce that is the salad was drenching wet. The desserts were awesome though. Especially the Tuxedo cake. I will never order the food again, but will probably order some takeout dessert.

Our family has loved dining at Italy Grill for over 10+ years. If you are looking for a great place to get some fantastic wings then look no further! They also have the best pizza crust anywhere around. Service is always great! If you are looking for a small town feel with nig food then this is the ace for you!

We live 30minutes from here and gladly make the drive to eat here, the food is amazing, as is the staff. The service is quick and pleasant. The food is always fresh and hot! We have tried so many different items on the menu and its all fabulous!!! We recommend this restaurant to so many others to try. I will go here over the other chain restaurants any day. Everything about it is great from the menu options to the staff. Please go and give it a try. (the lasagna, Caesar salad and Stromboli are my favorites.)

Went for lunch with my husband and his family. If I was rating this by myself I would give it 2 stars but since I am including the others it went up one star. I had the chicken alfredo, it was blah, there was no seasoning in the sauce whatsoever and the bread that was served with it wasn't fresh or warm. My husband had a cheeseburger and he liked it. Why they serve cheeseburgers and Greek food at an Italian restaurant is a little odd but, he was happy with it. My MIL had a grilled chicken salad, she said it was pretty basic and her chicken still had bones in it. And then my FIL had the baked spaghetti which he liked. I will probably not go back.

We split a large stromboli, and it was absolutely delicious! Great price for how much food we got, and our waiter was very nice. My only complaint is that the seats in the booths are pretty uncomfortable; very lumpy
