Jersey Mike's Subs

I order the sub in the tub every time, and every time, I get shorted on veggies. Not enough tomato, not enough lettuce. Please retrain your staff accordingly. I buy a sub in a tub for a reason, and I need to make sure I'm getting my veggies. THANK

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The treatment was so bad we didn't eat our meal. What a terrible disappointment in an afternoon that was supposed to be a fun night out.

We came in March 21 at 10:30 am. As my family and I sat we watched her bust her butt working. Melanie, was a great server very friendly and she was super fast. She most certainly deserves a raise or a promotion if she hasn’t had one yet. She was amazing and started my family’s day off great. Highly recommended this location as long as she is working here. ?

They Suck

This was the worst experience I’d ever had here. Ordering food was fine but once it was ordered I basically got my sandwich thrown on the counter and wasn’t told who’s it was, I could only guess it was mine because there was no one else there. Never asked if we wanted to-go bags for our sandwich’s or anything. So we just had to take our subs and go and the sauces just came straight out of the wrapping, literally getting everywhere. And lastly the sub order was wrong. Mistakes are understandable just not doing your job isn’t.

Great service, very clean inside and everything is fixed fresh, but portions are small and there’s not enough toppings included with your sandwich or tub. Plus the food tastes kind of bland. It’s expensive too - $25 for 1 regular sub, 1 tub and 1 cold drink.

Best deli in Lenoir by far they happen to make a fantastic sandwich for you on hero bread with all the toppings included I highly recommend you going there you certainly will get your money's worth and more what more can one asked for if they're not being

Food is fine, definitely overpriced. They have recurring issues with quality control and reading food instructions. I've had my customizations ignored at least 3 times in the last 6 months which is 75% of my visits to this location. Most recently my food was cold and the bread was wet, even though it was picked up on time. Which seems to me that it was likely prepared too early.I haven't had much interaction with the employees, since I typically order through the app.
