Staff was friendly but the young man waiting on me was waring gloves when I came in. Then with the same gloves, he handled writing utensils and an order pad. Then with the same gloves handled my sandwich... Cutting the meats and cheeses with those same now dirty gloves. My bare bun was also just plopped on the same bare counter where they put papers and pens and money. Pens and paper pads get dropped on the floor all the time and they are super germy. I left due this unsanitary environment with no sandwich. Staff just needs to be trained better regarding the use of gloves and how to prevent the transferring of germs. This is on the manager or training staff, not necessarily the young man waiting on me. People don't know if you don't teach them.

I don’t know what happened with the disabled children thing, but every sandwich I’ve gotten here has been good. Service is about as good as you can expect from fast food. I’ll always go here over jimmy John’s or subway.

Will not return! one of our sandwiches was so full of dressing it had to be thrown out because it was soggy and you couldn't tastes anything but the dressing and the others had so much melted cheese you couldn't taste the meat

Fantastic food as always, but service was very slow. Ordered in the app and it gave 15 minutes for pick up, but it was closer to 45. Staff seemed a bit inexperienced. They did apologize but usually the app is way better at predicting the pick up time.

I was using upside do get cash back and ended up not getting cash back and was double chaged. I had to file a dispute with my bank and took me almost 2 weeks to get it straight and get my money back on one charge.

Ordered a turkey ranch something sub that was so disgusting. There was so much extra ranch dressing on it. I took two bites in the car when my son and his fiancé left. I just threw the rest of it out. It was absolutely disgusting prepared. Nobody talked to us about the order. It has so much ranch dressing on it. It was absolutely disgusting. There's obviously a lack of training there on how to handle customers and handle food prepared. That was the most disgusting thing I've ate in quite some time. I will say my son's sub a regular turkey club was good for him and so is his fiancé's. But mine was absolutely the most disgusting thing I've tasted in years. He took one by it as well and spit it out it was so gross.

The flavor of the Philly steak was bland. What little meat that was put on the sub had no taste along with the mushrooms and peppers. For the price which was $18 I was better off getting Steakums at the grocery store and making them myself. At least there would have been more flavor for less cost.

I got the number 9 and it was perfect. The amount of meat to vegetables was great. Their oil and vinegar is better than any other. Will be going back.
