I don’t know what happened with the disabled children thing, but every sandwich I’ve gotten here has been good. Service is about as good as you can expect from fast food. I’ll always go here over jimmy John’s or subway.

Fantastic food as always, but service was very slow. Ordered in the app and it gave 15 minutes for pick up, but it was closer to 45. Staff seemed a bit inexperienced. They did apologize but usually the app is way better at predicting the pick up time.

I order the sub in the tub every time, and every time, I get shorted on veggies. Not enough tomato, not enough lettuce. Please retrain your staff accordingly. I buy a sub in a tub for a reason, and I need to make sure I'm getting my veggies. THANK
