I did a mobile order thinking i could go thru drive thru quickly and was told i had to come inside to pick up order .When i got inside had to stand in line 10 to 15 min to get order. Will not order from kfc again Jerry S

When they actually put everything you ordering the bag, it'll give you food poisoning, especially the 🥔.
I'm not sure how hard it is to keep andserve fresh food, but there is no reason that the last 3 times my wife and I ate from here, we both threw up directly after ad the entire night following. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and waited a few months and every time the same thing happens.
If you order from here, be prepared to be served not only half your order,but an entire entrée of vomiting. Thankfully, 3rd strikes the charm ad we've learned our lesson.
Hopefully they just tear the place down. It gets about as much service as Long John Silvers used to.

KFC got rid over famous wedges I have visited Lenoir nc location four times now and they have no drums sticks at times no chicken breast employees are rude was told we can cook some food but it will be 20 minutes I will not return to this restaurant no time soon

Disclaimer: I am a former employee at this location. That being said, I’ve seen firsthand that lots of the folks who work at this location really do care about the customers and try to do right by each one. KFC in Lenoir really does well when it comes to keeping things clean and sanitary, and serving fresh food. If you ever do have to wait for chicken, you can be sure you’ll be getting a product straight out of the fryer!

I call the KFC on Blowing Rock Blvd a hit or miss. Today January 29th 2024 @ 4:30 pm was a miss. The chicken I received is what I call heat-lamp chicken. the chicken had been sitting a while, the crust was hard from the heat that keeps their chicken hot. so today I rate KFC chicken a 1. if you choose this KFC, it will be a hit or miss.

Food and service are declining along with very poor customer service. I dont go back when the order is not right because I use the drive-thru. This 2 times now that I have been very disappointed. I hope you all do something...I miss my KFC. ?

I just went to this location in Lenoir NC at 929pm Wednesday December 6th and I was told there was no dark meat. I also was told there isn't any chicken tenders. I informed this location that I would wait for chicken and I was told that all the chicken is frozen. It's 30 minutes until closing and that is very On professional not to have chicken available or not be able to wait. I was told Tammy was Manger at this time. Someone in management needs to make sure everyone job is being meet cause there is no excuse that chicken is frozen and can't be served until following day.

Went to this one last week while in the area visiting some of my cousins. Went through the drive thru line. They must have lacked a portion of my small order, as I was instructed to pull forward and wait a bit. I did. The people behind me also received the same instructions. The SUV that had been immediately behind me in the line got it's order five minutes after it pulled forward. I was stuck waiting ten minutes longer. Shouldn't orders come out in the order of which they were taken? One would think that would logically be what's done, right? Poor service. Absolutely poor to the point where I wish Google would make it possible to leave zero stars marked. It was so poor that if Harland Sanders himself were still alive, he'd probably visit the Lenoir location in person to rip out the pressure cookers and shut it down. Something he was known to do during his lifetime if a location underperformed to his standards. KFC needs to go back to doing things Sanders' way.
