Went here last night ordered some food from me and my friend's family. I asked for liver. It was not fresh French fries were hard as hell. Couldn't even eat them. Had pieces of chicken in with my fried liver Which I didn't ask for I won't do that again.It just was not good at all. KFC sucks anymore. Sorry, but not sorry.It was waste of my money.............. i need the number to corporate, please.

Ordered $31 dollars worth of food in the drive through for my kids. Was told to pull forward park and they will bring the food out. I sat for 20 minutes waiting on my food. It was not busy at all and I had to call several times to see why it took so long. She brings my food out and says sorry they accidentally cleared my order out. My food just sat there and got nasty and cold. She lied and said it was remade but it was cold and disgusting fries hard as a rock. Big waste of money. I will not be returning.

I did a mobile order thinking i could go thru drive thru quickly and was told i had to come inside to pick up order .When i got inside had to stand in line 10 to 15 min to get order. Will not order from kfc again Jerry S

Went through the drive thru and ordered chicken lovers and had to pull up and wait 20 minutes. Several cars behind me got their food and left.
When they actually put everything you ordering the bag, it'll give you food poisoning, especially the 🥔.
I'm not sure how hard it is to keep andserve fresh food, but there is no reason that the last 3 times my wife and I ate from here, we both threw up directly after ad the entire night following. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and waited a few months and every time the same thing happens.
If you order from here, be prepared to be served not only half your order,but an entire entrée of vomiting. Thankfully, 3rd strikes the charm ad we've learned our lesson.
Hopefully they just tear the place down. It gets about as much service as Long John Silvers used to.

KFC got rid over famous wedges I have visited Lenoir nc location four times now and they have no drums sticks at times no chicken breast employees are rude was told we can cook some food but it will be 20 minutes I will not return to this restaurant no time soon

Disclaimer: I am a former employee at this location. That being said, I’ve seen firsthand that lots of the folks who work at this location really do care about the customers and try to do right by each one. KFC in Lenoir really does well when it comes to keeping things clean and sanitary, and serving fresh food. If you ever do have to wait for chicken, you can be sure you’ll be getting a product straight out of the fryer!
