Disclaimer: I am a former employee at this location. That being said, I’ve seen firsthand that lots of the folks who work at this location really do care about the customers and try to do right by each one. KFC in Lenoir really does well when it comes to keeping things clean and sanitary, and serving fresh food. If you ever do have to wait for chicken, you can be sure you’ll be getting a product straight out of the fryer!

I call the KFC on Blowing Rock Blvd a hit or miss. Today January 29th 2024 @ 4:30 pm was a miss. The chicken I received is what I call heat-lamp chicken. the chicken had been sitting a while, the crust was hard from the heat that keeps their chicken hot. so today I rate KFC chicken a 1. if you choose this KFC, it will be a hit or miss.

This is the 3rd and last time that we have gotten doorstoppers that you working there call biscuits! Come on Lenoir KFC where's your pride in biscuit making. I pay hard earned money for door stoppers! And management doesn't even care nor do you all answer the phone to here this.
