This eatery is not well-managed. I order from the restaurant through DoorDash. Today it was over an hour wait. Previously, it was one and a half hours on several occasions. They don't manage their delivery orders well. After waiting today, I went back on DoorDash, and the store had temporarily closed for how long, I don't know.

We waited for over 10 minutes without even being spoken to. Not a hello, we will be right with you, nothing. When the hostess finally spoke she told us how busy she was and that she had homework to do when she got home. She then told us that she only had large tables available and she did not want to fill one of them up for just 2 people. She told us it would be another 15 minutes. We told her we would go somewhere else. As we were leaving she said, ‘Whatever’. This is the worst, rudest customer service. I do not mind waiting when I have the time to spare but her comment was totally uncalled for.

We met family here for a meal as middle ground. Waitress was openly talking about how rude other customers were when we arrived (makes more sense now). We waited an hour and twenty minutes for the food. It was room temperature. French toast was thin and hard. Pigs in a blanket were not good with cold sausage in the middle. Waitress had no concern that our food was taking forever and showed up one plate at a time. Do not go to this restaurant.

Most likely the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I really tried to be gracious because the server said she was new. Waited 25 min at the door before anyone acknowledged us. Should have walked out because it just got worse. A one hour wait on our mediocre food. And when it arrived, it came ONE PLATE AT A TIME. I finished. The second plate came out. She finished. The third plate came out and so on. So if you’re looking to dine together as a family, better not choose this place. Now I will wait on the owner to come for me on this review like they have so many others for not praising them. I wouldn’t advise it because this was a gracious review.
