Absolutely 💯 love this place, their teriyaki steak is great and I love the cucumber sushi rolls

The food was amazing on my end and the young woman who was cashing us out was genuinely sweet. There was an older lady working with her in a pink shirt and I did not like her attitude. She was rude and was being mean to the younger girl as well as the cook mixing plates up on her and what not. She was crying when we left and thats not okay. She was the BEST part of our experience there and knowing how the staff treats her is appalling. My fiance even noticed her rudeness. I really hope you have a talking to for the older woman because she should know better and the cook. Shame on both of yall, thank you to the young girl and I hope you have a better night. You were absolutely sweet and dis your job correctly. Have a blessed night girly!

We got 2 Teriyaki Steaks and a Spring Roll(sushi, it comes with 2 but we ate 1 on the way home🤣). Food is always on point. The ladies that work there to take orders at the drive-thru are always so pleasant and sweet. We haven't ate inside in a long time but they are always packed!

The drive thru experience is wild. 54 minutes is absolutely insane.
Disappointed in our experience at Nara. We ordered four plates, two sides and two sushi rolls. Not an extremely large order, but still it was more than $70. We waited an hour for our to-go order and then it wasn't correct. We were missing a side, our sushi was all smashed together and one plate was totally wrong. It's sad when you spend that much time and money and it's not what you pay for. Shameful! I sure do miss Fumiyoshi in Hudson.

The worst representation of Japanese food I’ve ever seen. How? Just how!? How do u cook food this bland after shaving ingredients off of recipes for years u give me this for fried rice? This is horrible. I counted two peas and one corn kernel and one dice of carrot. It’s not that bad. No love in this food. Looks like it tastes like it. Just white rice honestly. No wok hā. Smh. 🤦 so disappointed.

Two separate times I had to walk in to get my food after 45+ minutes waiting in a parking spot after the drive thru. Tonight I walked in and my food was sitting on the counter already tied up, she scrambled to grab it seeing me walk in. Last time they stiffed us with chicken instead of the ordered steak, and they never give us jumbo shrimp when ordered. Image provided is what they consider jumbo. Tipped over 20% each time, so last time we eat here, rather drive elsewhere.

This place needs to be shutdown. An hour wait for drive-through food is un real. Once we got the food, it was very nasty and not edible. Very bad service. Even the people at tbe window have the attitude of not wanting to work there

Food was really delicious! The chefs i have nothing to complain about. The service however is questionable 🤔 they had 4 servers standing around talking, with it being dead slow. I wouldn't mind that normally except that the restaurant itself is no where near as clean as it should be. The windows are disgusting, we saw a roach climbing the wall right next to our table, and the bathrooms.... there are no excuses. Our drinks were empty for 5 minutes before they even came to check and ask if we needed refills. Please learn to work for your money and take pride in your work. Clean something guys..
