so disappointed, ordered on-line, picked up and got home, ready to eat and duh, most of crust was soggy and not done. Management said nothing could be done when we called to report it , unless we came back out and returned it. I was not willing to drive back out so he would not give credit. Pizza was not edible.

Tried placing an online order at 10:34 pm (they close at 11) for carry out . Delivery is the only option after 10pm, so I settled for that. Placed the order, got the confirmation, only to have it immediately canceled. Weird.. placed the order again only for it to be immediately canceled again. The store is still open, why are they refusing to serve me because they close in a half hour? (I used to be the AM of a papa Johns and was forced to accept every order up until the minute we closed, even if I was the only person inside working.) genuinely dont understand why I’m not allowed to eat papa Johns after a long shift but whatever. Maybe look into why your employees are canceling orders for the last 30 minutes of the work day instead of filling them.

I literally just called at 9:30pm on a Friday night and placed my order and was told 10-15 mins to then get a surprise phone call at 9:40 telling me the manager said no more carry-outs tonight we're getting ready to start cleaning up!! My thing is y'all are open until 11pm tonight and yes I know carry-outs stop at 10pm but I called in plenty of time and was literally getting ready to pull in!! I will never give y'all my hard earned money again!! Y'all have the best pizza but suck at customer service!! New management is clearly needed!!! I added a picture of your hours for tonight just for shits and giggles!!!

Manager was very disrespectful hung up the phone on me and told me to find something else more important to complain about because they forgot my sauces they charged me 5 dollars for and threatened to have my address blocked because of there mistake

I placed my order on the app and I was able to track it while it was being made. When I walked in all the employees seemed happy. They were smiling and laughing while they worked which is nice to see in my opinion. Our pizzas came out really good! I am so surprised seeing so many comments about the food being bad or not fresh. Ours was perfectly as we had ordered it. The crust was a little big but the sauce and toppings part was delicious! They made sure to give me all the extra sauces I ordered like so many others usually forget. Small things like that mean a lot to me! I’d gladly order from them again. I did go and pick it up, I did not have it delivered. That might have something to do with the freshness factor.

Ordered pizza last night all three had no sauce on them asked for extra peppers got no extra peppers and also the ones we was gave were so small and limp and floppy won’t be going back there over priced anyway and was awful

My son wanted a pizza for his birthday tonight. Ordered delivery at 6:59 pm, stone cold overcooked pizza wasn't delivered until almost 8:30 after I was advised it would be 45-55 minutes. Pizza, plus Pepsi, plus $4.99 delivery fee, plus tip (paid in advance). Total waste of $32.00!

Best franchise pizza Slow delivery times My favorite pizza, way better than Domino's and Pizza Hut It's a little expensive but worth it. We waited over 3 hours for our pizza. I called and he said they was on the way. An hour later they say the same thing. But other than that it's ok. Just go pick up your pizza.
We ordered delivery @900pm and it finally got to us at 10.10pm cold. Had to reheat a try a get out sleepy school kids to eat before the actually went to bed. The only positive thing about the thing was the delivery driver even though she had to deliver 5 orders in front of us bc we didn’t have enough on the card for a tip even tho I gave her a hell if a tip when she got her we still had to wait damn near to closing. We swear will go to a different pizza joint b4 ordering this again.
